usually
don't
write
a
review
a
first
visit,
but
this
place
is
so
obviously
a
5
star
experience
it
deserves
the
exception.
It
is
not
often
that
I
find
myself
talking
excitedly
about
dinner
for
hours
after
having
left.
Both
the
service
and
the
food
were
simply
exceptional.
The
chefs
that
prepare
your
food
and
hand
deliver
it
to
you
explain
every
dish
and
are
happy
to
answer
any
questions
you
may
have.
The
support
staff
are
super
efficient,
very
polite
and
keep
your
glasses
full
without
having
to
be
asked.
Special
kudos
to
the
house
sommelier
who
is
extremely
knowledgeable,
helped
us
find
the
perfect
sake
for
the
evening
and
had
great
suggestions
both
for
the
food
and
drink.
As
for
the
food...
I
highly
recommend
sticking
to
the
12
course
tasting
menu
for
110€
a
person.
Worth
every
penny,
and
each
dish
is
an
experience.

There
was
very
little
we
didn't
love
on
this
menu.
The
food,
presentation,
atmosphere
and
service
make
the
experience
as
much
theater
as
it
is
dinner.
I
simply
cannot
wait
to
find
an
excuse
to
go
back
and
do
it
all
again.
Bravo
to
the
chefs
that
work
here,
their
dedication
to
using
locally
sourced
ingredients,
and
for
doing
it
right
by
aging
fish
properly
in
traditional
Japanese
fashion.
Mind
blown.
