We’re staying in Portugal for a month but we keep on coming to this Italian restaurant instead of trying other restaurants. The garlic bread, lasagna, and pizza are just too good!

I have never eaten worse pizza EVER. First of all, it's burned out, and rancid buttet flavor is permanently absent. Even the box doesn't inspire confidence. Don't even use the word "pizza" for this concoction(

A well lit five star happy family oriented Italian restaurant. wonderful pizzas and also soup, salads, carpaccio, gnocchi, meat and other less carbs options. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended. Not a place for a quiet romantic dinner but if you come with kids it’s 10/10.

After a while of pondering whether to write a review, I decided I have to get it off my chest. We decided to give La Gioconda a try after reading the reviews but I have absolutely no idea how people can say they make good pizza, nobody who ever had good Pizza in Lisbon, let alone Italy, can consider this a good pizza. It was extremely doughy, cheesy and bland. The first pizza I can remember that I actually didn't' finish. None of us 3 finished their pizza. It was expensive, awkward service, cold lighting and overall a zero star experience. Please don't pretend to be Italian in any way until you went to Italy for a good pizza. And by the way, one of the best pizzas I ever had, from a former pizza world champion in Vienna, is also not more expensive than yours.

Delicious pizza and friendly service. Got the Toscana pizza for takeout and ate at the beach during sunset. If only the tiramisu didn't have almond flavor...

Great neighborhood pizza place. Kid friendly. Wood oven. Excellent dough medium thick. Quality ingredients. Only criticism in "spicy" pizza was not hot enough. Next time we'll ask for extra peppers.

Such a great experience. Children can make their own pizza and the choice for adults is varied. The wine selection like most of Portugal is excellent and good value. Staff are very friendly.

Extremely disappointingexperence. I had been here a couple of times in the past and always had a great meal. On arriving, it was empty which should have been a red flag, but as it was early, I did not think much of it. The rump steak ordered came as a thin strip of shoe leather which was sent back and replaced with a very ordinary Risotto, as this was the only type of meat they had. The Hawian pizzas were dry with hardly any cheese, and the 2 junior pizzas, the size of a dessert plate cost a total of 26€. The worst 100€ spent in a restaurant ever. I will not be back.
