Food was great and the service was too!

First and only time trying here as I'm from out of town. The food was great, our waitress, Olivia, was fantastic. We came in at almost 9pm just when the kitchen was closing, mistakenly thinking it closed at 10pm. They still took great care of us. Just a heads up, there are two sets of stairs, and one happens to be an employee entrance. You can't really tell in the dark. Try not to go the employees entrance, because there may be a local "Karen" that doesn't work there waiting to berate you if you make this honest mistake. She is a vile person, and should be avoided at all costs. Other than that, highly recommend. The bacon wrapped scallops are amazing, and the rum bucket is a good time.

Given menu upon arrival, and proceeded to wait at bar over 30 minutes-- still no attention from a bartender--they served familiar faces without even an acknowledgement to a party of two. Music sub-par. I left.

They had no fish & chips or clam strips even though they were on the menu. Told the waitress we weren't staying because there was nothing else on the menu we wanted, which also limited to begin with. Paid $9 for the 3 lemonades and left to get fish & chips and clam strips at Lobster Pound. Never going back here again.

Nice friendly atmosphere with decent food. The sliders were a little heavy for me but definitely delicious. Shrimps were absolutely awesome! Very fresh and you can taste the sea.

Captain Jack's is a good restaurant with great service. The crab dip is tasty, as are the lobster bisque and steak, but for my palate, all of the dishes I had were too salty. Decent.

One of the best lobster rolls I have ever had. The perfect afternoon. Some Allagash beers and a magnificent Lobster Roll. I’ll be back!

Super busy Friday night. We waited for a table with a view...definitely worth the wait. Had a few drinks at the bar while we waited. Bartenders were excellent! Food is pub food but everything was really good. Couple apps, buffalo cauliflower was solid. I had a steak and cheese, really soft sub roll with good amount of steak, cheese, peppers, onions. Live music made for a great night. Highly recommend.

Here at Captain Jack’s, the service was very good, the food was awesome and the second floor balcony view of the marina was very patriotic. We will be adding this as a destination on our yearly vacation.

I went in with very different ideas of what this restaurant would be. I had planned to sit on the outdoor deck but the musician was painfully loud, so we opted to sit indoors. Overall this place had more of a dive bar feel than sit down restaurant. Even indoors the music was entirely too loud. Overall the food was good but overpriced, and the drinks were not well made. The service was pretty good, however we probably waited about 10 minutes to be seated as the hostess was M.I.A. The waitress could have been a bit more attentive.

Without a doubt the best lobster roll I've ever had The lifelong search has ended in Naples....

Ok. I have to give it some love. I only went for a drink and to tell the owner I finally went. I had a great view of the marina and the sunset. The staff was hustling and very friendly. I had, let's say, more than one coconut margarita. The performer that night was fabulous as were the locals I met! Next visit I might try the food!

We visited the new and improved Captain Jacks. They seem to have actually moved the entire building. It is mostly the same but new and improved. Same great food and service. Larger space indoors and out. Much nicer bathrooms.

Everything was very good but I suggested fans under the roof on the deck and the steps need more light and/or a white strip across the front edge. Very dangerous.

Very much a bar vibe, although it is right at the docks. Very light and breezy looking. The food was very much pub fare, but it was enjoyable. The service was surprisingly good, and the best we got during our vacation in the area.

Great food, blues festival band Bruce Marshal was excellent. Unchained my heart brought me back memories. The staff was super friendly, they were professional as well as having great customer service we had a blast. The photo kind of dark, we were there but you can see the view and it's fantastic. Enjoyed this place very much.

Food was good ! Service was good but took our drinks and cleaned the table of our stuff when went to have a smoke

The over haul is a roaring success!! Food was tasty, & arrived quick, service was great, with lots of smiles and conversation. The atmosphere was lovely. We went later in the evening after a cruise on the Queen, and still they accommodated the crowd!! Nice work Captain Jack's team!!

Nice place. We had the fish 'n chips which were really good but a little over-priced for the portion.

Food is very good. Atmosphere is great. Inside / outside seating. Overlooking the marina / boats.

Make sure to stop by Captain Jack's for great food, great service, and often live music. We came with the entire family for dinner on our vacation, and a smaller group wound up coming back the next day for lunch drinks, given how much we enjoyed the first trip. A friend recommended we stop by here, and we're happy to pass on that recommendation to anyone in the area!

Great food, all 6 entrées were delicious, with generous portions. The Lobster Roll was giant, memorable and delicious. Great wait staff, friendly and professional. Almost waterfront dining, indoor and outdoor tables. Large indoor bar area is nice. Very good selection of featured cocktails, bottled and draft beer, and assorted wines.

Great drinks and tacos! Amazing bartenders (especially Heather and Walter!) Cheers! 🍹🍹
