If you are considering getting Colon Hydrotherapy done, I strongly recommend going to Ellen at Windswept Wellness Center! I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect going into it, but she made me so comfortable during the whole procedure. She was so so helpful. While Ellen was doing the colonic, she talked to me about some of my health issues and gave me such great tips to improve them all. I left feeling very light, energetic and happy, partly from the effects the colonic and getting rid of all the toxins in my body, and partly because Ellen was so friendly and fun to talk to. I could not have had a better experience than the one I had with Ellen at Windswept Wellness Center!!

I had never had a colonic before so I was nervous but Ellen made it very comfortable for me and the warm oil with peppermint was a nice touch during the stomach massage! The price was great it was only $55 (she was running a special), the office is really tastefully decorated and has a peaceful feeling. It was a little tricky to find it, you have to turn on a frontage road and go back the opposite direction, my GPS did not take me right there but besides that it was an easy drive from St. Louis. I will definitely be going back! It was pretty interesting to see everything that came out of me...WOW haha! I felt great afterwards just like she said I would!

I had my first colonic with Ellen over a month ago. I was very nervous at first, but everything was explained very well in the booking process so I knew what to do to prepare and what to expect before I even step foot in the building. I just had my third cleanse today and it felt like I was visiting an old friend. Ellen talks you through the entire experience and makes it as comfortable as it can be while getting a colon cleanse. As far as results go, they were amazing. To save everyone from the dirty details, I was able to go more regularly and I even dropped 10 lbs since my first cleanse. My skin is clearer, my cravings and appetite aren’t as intense as they were, and my energy levels are always up after my cleanse. I highly recommend Windswept Wellness!

I have been having colonics done for over a decade and I must say that Ellen is the best! I first went to her about a month ago and experienced a colonic that was far and above the most complete and professional of all other previous experiences. Ilona was so helpful & gentle with me, this was my first time trying colon hydrotherapy & she did an amazing job at explaining everything to me & making sure I felt comfortable. The procedure itself was not bad all, just new to me. I felt alot better after the procedure but the next day was when I really noticed results! I felt absolutely amazing the next day. It’s been almost a month since my appointment & I am still feeling amazing. My digestive system has not functioned this properly & regularly since I was a child. My gas & bloating has been almost nonexistent since my appointment. I was referred by a friend who had nothing but great things to say and she was a first timer as well. Me being a first timer I was obviously super nervous but Ellen was with me every step of the way, even prior to the appointment. Ellen is absolutely amazing!! First off, once you step food into the facility you feel at peace. It’s such a cozy place and calming. Ellen is so knowledgeable and coaches you through your entire processes to get you the best results. After my first session I left feeling like a new person. It's been a week since my 2nd colonic and I feel awesome! My first colonic I wore these jeans that were fitted and when I got home switched to yoga pants. Next day I put the jeans on and was able to slide them off while they were buttoned and zipped. I've been drinking the Himalayan salt water religiously and started a paracleanse. I was in desperate need of assistance with getting my digestive system to function properly. I already had a history of constipation, but after taking ozempic I ended up with gastroparesis, it is a disorder that "slows or stops the movement of food from your stomach to your small intestine, even though there is no blockage in the stomach or intestines." Ellen was so empathic and caring during my six sessions. Each session yielded better results. I recommend any experiencing problems with regular elimination, this is the place to go. There's privacy, everything is properly sanitized, and the environment with Ellen is conducive to improving your health. I had researched colonics for over a year and finally found Windswept Wellness Center. My friend stated her sister used Ellen and told me that she enjoyed her experience. In comparison to other local services Windswept cost less. It's a closed system which after mu research I decided that is what I wanted. All the reviews about Ellen ans how friendly she is are on target. I have gone 2x and I am ready to go again. If this is something you have been thinking about I definitely encourage you to try it.
