One of the best burgers this side of the MS. They also have fish and Philly cheese steak as well as other menu items but who can get past the red River sand French fries and old tyme burger? Open til 7 Friday and Saturday. Well worth your trip to downtown Texarkana

So glad they are back open after the fire. Employees are so nice. Great burgers, fries and pinto beans, amount other items. I had to replenish my TLC seasoning. I use to season our pinto beans at home and other dishes. The remodel is beautiful.

This place makes the BEST Burgers and Fries etc. Food is Delicious!! The only complaint I have is that the employees need to be trained better on customer service. It doesn’t cost anything to smile especially when you are dealing with the public. I went there to get some food about 2 weeks ago and the lady on the register did not say how are you today etc. The first thing she said what what did you have with a mean look on her face. Well it will be a while before I go back because it doesn’t matter if your food is good! Poor customer service wipes all of that away in my opinion. When a person comes into your establishment greet them with a smile. Make them feel welcome because it’s because of your customers that you are in business. Other than that everything was good.

It's really hard to beat a good ol'fashioned hamburger and man does this place do it right. It's a no frills kind of place and it's perfect. Great food, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere. Not to mention the fries are fresh cut in house. Delicious!!

Best Burger in Texarkana hands down!!! And I love they stay open later on the weekends now. Its probably a good thing they don't stay open later through the week because I'd eat there more. It's so good!!!! If you haven't tried it.. it's a must!!

Best burger I've had in awhile. I didn't know how to order my first time, I'm a little hard of hearing if someone speaks so quietly so pay attention to whoever takes your order. The line moves fairly quick so don't turn back out the door if the line seems long-they know how to keep it movin. I will try the Mac n cheese and desserts next time. Fries were real and FRESH. Sweet tea and lemonade. All the good stuff for a quick lunch.

Awesome food with a variety of choices absolutely the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever put between my lips. They have one of the biggest burgers I’ve ever seen and the staff there is friendly and helpful and will answer any questions you have about anything on the menu my first visit will definitely be just my first visit. I have now found my favorite burger joint.

The best burgers in town! They make your food fresh not microwaved! It’s so good! Best fries hands down! I would show you a picture of my food but it’s gone 🤣 I enjoyed every bite. Staff was also very friendly.

Our first time here,we really enjoyed the burger and fresh cut french fries. If your around the area I recommend you to go there to eat. If we come through this way again we will surely be back.

It had been a while since I'd been here. But when I tell you it was just as I remembered. All the childhood memories came flooding in. And I introduced my teenage son to their awesomeness. He said best burger he's ever had, I agree!!

So happy they rebuilt after the fire. Iconic place with great food. Chili cheese fries with cheese that doesn't turn to solid glue. Proper chili. Cheese steak sandwich with mushrooms, onions and a choice of cheeses.

I have been going here for a long time and things just aren't the same as usual. Took my mom here on Mother's Day weekend for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and 2 fries which came up to a staggering $31.60. I questioned the price since there are no prices posted anywhere at all and the lady at the register seemed offended. Never have I questioned the prices because it's never been that expensive to eat hamburgers, but apparently it is now. Had to wait for the fries even though they were prepared already but just resting in the oil to stay hot. After standing there for several minutes they scooped a small portion out so I could at least finally eat. The burgers were already made which I have never seem before here, and there was literally mustard oozing out with every bite, so that was pretty much all I could taste. We were also entertained trying to eat and hold our wobbling table at the same time while it swayed side to side. Most tables in there were doing the same thing. With prices that high and an uncomfortable atmosphere I will most definatly not be patronizing this establishment anymore. Thank you TLC for the comfort of your food throughout the years and good luck to making positive changes to reflect the reputation you have earned being the best burger place in our town. Until then I will seek another place to get my fix.

Food was delicious & fresh. Staff were very nice & the cashier, who said she'd been there 13 years, was very sweet!

It's ok. I had a cheeseburger and fries and a coke came out to 13.06. the fries looked like they where scraped out of fry pan burnt and barely warm burger was reheated and dry. Don't think I'll be going back again.

A local legend. Awesome burgers hot off the grill. Best fresh cut fries ever. Pretty quick, depending on line, but moves pretty good.

The French fries were some of the soggiest and nastiest I ever had. The special spice wasn't enough to make up for how soggy they were. I ate one or two and three the rest away. A waste of money.

I grew up in Texarkana so I've been a regular at TLC since I was old enough to drive. They have always had great burgers and hands down, the best fries in the city. That Red River Sand seasoning is fantastic, I always shake on a little extra. Sadly, the restaurant had a fire a few years ago and closed down for what seemed like an eternity. In addition, a competing burger joint on the west side of town named Reggies opened offering a very similar menu. Their seasoning was eerily similar to the TLC Red River Sand seasoning. So while TLC was closed, Reggies became the new go-to place for a good burger in Texarkana. It had the added advantage of being more centrally located than TLC and it seemed almost as good. I say "almost as good" but now I'd like to take that back. TLC is back open and so when I went back to T-town for a visit I had to check it out. The inside of the restaurant is almost exactly as it was pre-fire only much cleaner looking. The burgers and fries are better than they ever were. TLC is back and if you're not eating there, you're eating a 2nd rate burger.

A great return for a town legend. The line was about an hour wait but was worth it. I'd compare the quality and taste similar to five guys. The price is close to the same as well. Inflation is making the prices go up I know. Other than that a great local burger shop. All homemade.

TLC is back y'all. Seems like the burgers are a little smaller. Could just be me. You decide. The flavor is the same tho. Good. Fries and the red sand are a hit!!! Place is crowded as I left. I don't like crowded places due to the pandemic but you do what you do. Good food!!

No prices on the menu. I like to know how much I need to pay. They gave me a price sheet when I asked. People were nice. Got a hot dog and a drink for $7. The fries looked good, but all they had were large orders and it was just too much food for one.
