Kat was very nice, welcoming, and helpful with service selection and answering questions. Cindy was amazing and was very knowledgeable and skilled and created a great experience for me. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I already have my future appointment booked!

Karisa always does a fantastic job. She’s very quick and efficient. I’ve been to a few different waxers since I started waxing in 2016 and out of all of them she has been the best. I’d definitely recommend getting on her books if you can

I booked a wax with raelyn and if I could give her 10 stars I would. I’ve been waxing for years, and as an esthetician myself, her professionalism, technique and attention to detail was phenomenal. She was super friendly and comforting and I will be booking with her again!

I personally go because Zoey was the first person I experienced and she is such a joy to talk to while getting waxed. She's made the experience comfortable and entertaining each visit. She's my fav! The receptionist is great too. She remembered me after my first visit and provided me with great after care products that are amazing! That's left a standing impression. And the facility is really clean!

I’ve been going EWC since late 2022, and I really think it’s worth it. From the service, to the flexibility, down to the specialists. After I moved, I went from winter park to altamonte springs, nervous if I was going to get the same quality of care at a different location and I do. Karisa was super kind when we met and I really appreciate that she initiates the small talk while she’s waxing me since I tend to be a little nervous/shy around new people. The front desk people are very nice and always willing to and work help reschedule if I can’t make it to my appointment. All in all I highly recommend :D

Very clean and friendly atmosphere, Kat did very good job at checking me in and explaining everything to me. Overall great experience and for my wax specialist Scarlyn, she did an amazing job. She was very friendly and very gentle. I’m definitely coming back!
