morning
I
know
you
guys
are
used
to
listening
to
angry
customers
and
I
don’t
normally
give
reviews
however,
this
incident
has
affected
not
just
me
but
a
myriad
of
people
that
are
also
involved.
for
numerous
amount
of
months
now
I
have
been
visiting
this
location
at
a
minimum
three
times
a
week
Because
I’d
bring
coffee
in
for
the
girls
that
I
work
with.
we
all
work
in
healthcare
and
suffice
to
say
for
happy
patients
we
need
our
coffee.
in
order
to
keep
the
coffee
warm
I
bring
a
64
ounce
insulated
container.
I
fill
the
container
and
when
I
go
to
the
cash
register,
I
pay
for
64
ounces
of
coffee.
I
also
get
three
or
4
empty
cups
for
the
girls
at
work.
recently
manager
at
this
location
told
me
that
I
am
costing
them
money
for
a
getting
the
cups
that
accompany
the
coffee.
I
don’t
understand
because
if
I
bought
the
cups
of
coffee
independently,
I
would
need
the
cups
to
carry
the
coffee.
I
can
understand
if
I
take
an
entire
sleeve
of
cups,
but
I’m
only
taking
max
4
cups
at
a
time
and
I’m
paying
for
64
ounces
of
coffee
which
by
my
calculations
is
8
cups
of
coffee.
Logic
dictates
that
the
cups
should
go
with
the
coffee.
Every
time
I
come
into
the
store
he’s
berating
me
and
asking
“have
they
spoken
to
you
yet”.
from
my
understanding,
you
are
the
manager
if
there
is
an
issue,
you
should
come
to
me,
and
if
there
is
some
stipulation
stating
that
the
cups
does
not
come
with
the
coffee,
I
seriously
think
that
you
as
a
company
should
let
your
customers
know
that
the
cups
are
in
additional
charge
and
they
do
not
accompany
the
coffee
that
they
are
designed
to
carry.
I
love
this
gas
station.
I
buy
gas
at
this
gas
station
however,
this
situation
has
made
me
so
upset.
in
addition
to
that
the
girls
at
work
also
so
upset,
and
we’re
trying
to
decide
if
this
is
a
valuable
company
to
still
give
our
harder
earned
money
to.
if
they’re
going
to
sit
there
and
cause
the
situation
over
three
or
4
cups
that
should
accompany
the
coffee,
even
though
it
is
paid
for.
