Good morning I know you guys are used to listening to angry customers and I don’t normally give reviews however, this incident has affected not just me but a myriad of people that are also involved. for numerous amount of months now I have been visiting this location at a minimum three times a week Because I’d bring coffee in for the girls that I work with. we all work in healthcare and suffice to say for happy patients we need our coffee. in order to keep the coffee warm I bring a 64 ounce insulated container. I fill the container and when I go to the cash register, I pay for 64 ounces of coffee. I also get three or 4 empty cups for the girls at work. recently manager at this location told me that I am costing them money for a getting the cups that accompany the coffee. I don’t understand because if I bought the cups of coffee independently, I would need the cups to carry the coffee. I can understand if I take an entire sleeve of cups, but I’m only taking max 4 cups at a time and I’m paying for 64 ounces of coffee which by my calculations is 8 cups of coffee. Logic dictates that the cups should go with the coffee. Every time I come into the store he’s berating me and asking “have they spoken to you yet”. from my understanding, you are the manager if there is an issue, you should come to me, and if there is some stipulation stating that the cups does not come with the coffee, I seriously think that you as a company should let your customers know that the cups are in additional charge and they do not accompany the coffee that they are designed to carry. I love this gas station. I buy gas at this gas station however, this situation has made me so upset. in addition to that the girls at work also so upset, and we’re trying to decide if this is a valuable company to still give our harder earned money to. if they’re going to sit there and cause the situation over three or 4 cups that should accompany the coffee, even though it is paid for.

Supervision and Management of overnight swing shift is terrible. Used to stop by daily to fuel up, grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Then, the grab and go breakfast items were not available when I swing through around 5am. The final straw was they didn't even have coffee made on numerous occasions. I'm not talking about a fresh pot, I mean no coffee. It's 5am and this is a major route for a lot of folks. They got people pressure washing the outside, hanging out in the kitchen and office behind the tobacco wall. Nobody thought to make coffee? Managers need to instill that this isn't the end of night shift and a time to F off. I get my fuel elsewhere now, and sadly that's all you had to offer.

This was a great gas station. I really like the wawa brand and how they have a bunch of fresh food along with convenience items. They also have an awesome beer cooler with great selection. At this location they were very courteous, clean, and quick. Sometimes it gets because a lot of people are in the area but other then that they are great. - The Real Estate Artist

Terrible customer service. There holiday blend hot coffee is only to 2p., and no other coffee is served. Up north wawa is much better

I went in for a breakfast sandwich. Croissant turkey melt. Took a couple bites, the cheese wouldn't come apart. Looked at the sandwich had a piece if plastic / or wax paper in the cheese of the sandwich. Brung it to the attention of the manager on duty, they didn't really seem to care at all. Just offered me another wax paper sandwich. I just wanted my money back. Didn't even eat the sandwich. Extremely dissatisfied, at the customer service amd the quality of the food that gets served at this location.

Wow.. if you like cookies you definitely need to stop and get a Vanilla Sugar Cookie beverage. Don't forget the whip cream. Such a sweet and tasty treat. The menu has a wide variety of items to choose from. Sandwiches, burrito bowl, soup, salad, etc.. If you like Mac and cheese then you need to try one of the many choices they have available. The beverage options also have change, so you may find a new favorite.

This place is kept very clean and the food is very good the staff are always friendly. I like the this place for a gas station. It has everything you need top marks to Wawa.
