Lupe was our game master and she was amazing! She was so nice! We initially signed up for Fair Games but we literally walked back in from the parking lot to ask if we could do Once Upon a Time that same day because she made the experience so fun and enjoyable! She made us very excited about continuing the story line by completing escape rooms at this location. Additionally, Alex initially greeted us and he was so friendly! He was super helpful, answered all our initial questions about all of the different rooms, and provided recommendations. When we came back in and asked to do another one, he was so accommodating and really welcoming! We really really enjoyed our experience here and will continue to do escape rooms at this location. All of us said that these might have been the two most fun escape rooms we have ever done (and we have tried a lot).

We have played all of the rooms here including the mini game and just completed the treehouse pop up with Riko. We have also played a bunch of games in the Dallas area. We always have a bunch of fun. The games are well thought out with good puzzles. We can’t wait until there are more at this location!

We have been going to Red Door for the past couple of weeks as a family outing and have absolutely loved it! The staff is amazing! I can not remember all the names (sorry guys!), but every single one of them are entertaining and make the experience excellent, but I do remember Readi as she was our most recent game masters. (Hope i spelled that right!) We have one more episode to complete at this location and found out there are other Red Doors out there and will have to conquer those as well as a family! Thanks for making our family outings brain teasers!

Elle, Rachel, and the rest of the gang are super helpful and gave us a wonderful experience! We've done two rooms now and they've both been amazing! Hoghly recommend!

Great experience! So fun and a bit trickier than we expected. Staff was super friendly. Shout-out to Kameron, he was an awesome host/teammate. 10/10 would recommend!

The Gift was a blast! Just the thing to get us all in the Christmas spirit. The clues were so much fun to solve and we managed to get out with less than 5 minutes to spare. Max the Elf was also super helpful!

WE LOVE RIKO!!! we just came from a room and it was great. red door escape has such unique rooms that keep you on your toes. we did the fair room and could complete it despite our lack of fair game skills. best mitski was playing in the lobby so you know it’s a cool place. the atmosphere is magical and we can’t wait to eventually do more rooms. our game master, riko, was super kind and encouraging (even if we didn’t do as good as we wanted) and thank you for complimenting my ferris wheel earrings <3

Amazing experience! Barbie was so friendly greeting us and such a delightful game master. Each puzzle was challenging and truly satisfying when solved. After completing the room I was filled with a sense of accomplishment and the strong urge to attempt more. Highly recommend for a great time out with friends and family!!!

Omg. Amazing experience! The warm welcome from Melissa to Maria’s help with the Prison Escape Room to Alex helping us out at the end, they made this such a memorable experience. Bonus, it was our son’s birthday and everyone wished him a Happy Birthday. I feel like they genuinely cared about our experience here. Try them out, you won’t regret it.
