I
just
moved
to
the
area
and
brought
my
bike
in
for
a
tune-up
based
on
a
google
search
and
good
reviews.
The
tune-up
was
poorly
done.
With
the
issues
I
mentioned
going
in
to
it
not
addressed
(brake
pads
rubbing
on
wheels).
I
then
brought
it
back
a
few
days
later
as
a
part
had
to
be
ordered.
Only
to
find
out
the
wrong
size
part
was
ordered
&
it
would
be
another
week.
And
that
I
would
have
to
leave
my
bike
there
until
then
as
they
had
already
started
taking
it
apart.
A
bit
frustrating
as
I
commute
for
work
and
would
have
to
preferred
to
have
my
bike.
A
very
frustrating
part
is
one
of
my
special
puncture
resistant
tires
was
replaced
with
some
other
basic
tire
that
is
completely
different
without
confirming
that
was
the
kind
of
tire
I
wanted
or
asking
what
kind
of
tire
I
even
wanted
or
giving
me
options.
And
day
2
of
commuting
I
got
a
flat
and
had
to
walk
home
from
work.
Will
be
purchasing
a
new
tire
and
calling
to
ask
for
a
refund
on
the
tire
they
chose
to
give
me.
Have
had
better
service
for
lesser
prices
and
more
professionalism
at
my
old
local
shop.

for
