Seems to be his mode of working to cancel reservations last minute. We received the cancellation (we had booked via booking.com) two hours prior to our arrival!!!!! In the end we have to say, we were really lucky that he (the owner) had cancelled our reservation. Because after seeing the alternative room he offered to us, the opportunity to leave the place without loosing our money was a gift. I`m sure, that the structure was quite a nice place to spend some days in the countryside. But that must have been many, many years ago. Today the whole resort is in an very advanced state of agony. The rooms are dirty and neglected. The bathroom is a complete disaster (toilet seat defect; hardly no light....), the sofa is dirty and blotchy, the air co is vintage and as loud as a freight train passing you, but it doesn´t really cool......... We felt really lucky to leaf this place. Definitely not a place to recommend!!!

Be sure to check the GPS and update your map to come here. But it definitely worth it. An oase of peace that just 20 min away from Rome and good base to explore surrounding areas like Castel Gandolfo or Frascati. Very helpful staffs and really nice place to stay.

The place property is spacious, green and well-kept. We were with children who could feel safe there plus did not want to leave the pool (there are two :)). In addition, a friendly and helpful manager and friendly dogs, cats ... and even donkeys. A wonderful place to rest.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would love to return for another stay.

Really bad road to get here. Maps led us up a private,closed back road. Even on the right road maps had trouble getting here.

Absolutly beatiful place to stay. the gardes and pools where clean, with big rooms and high stadards for a reasneble price. the hotel was absolutly a pearl. Freindly and helpfull staff too!

Cancelled a group room booking made months in advance for no reason close to the date we where due to fly out

Casale Di Tormaggiore Villa and Country Suites provided an exceptional experience during our stay near Rome. Traveling with my wife and two children, a boy and a girl, we were delighted by the beautiful surroundings and convenient 15-minute train ride to Rome. There are two inviting pools that kept our children thoroughly entertained; they were reluctant to leave the water! Additionally, the property boasts a lovely garden filled with delicious vegetables like tomatoes and zucchinis, making our dining experience even more delightful. The combination of the pools, the bountiful garden, and the overall exceptional experience made our family vacation truly remarkable. If You want speed day on the beach and sea that You have only 15 minute by car to Great A stunning, wide sandy beach . We can't wait to return! The accommodations were fantastic, but the true highlight of our stay was the warm and attentive staff, especially the manager. Their hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for a wonderful family vacation in a stunning location.

the manager was very helpful, when we wanted to party he brought us a loudspeaker, beautiful views, the garden is impressive. great location, 15 minutes to Rome by train. I recommend this place 100%

Very bad service, they don't reply to emails, cancelled my booking in the last minute, request a new room, they promised they will solve the problem... Then nothing. Only replied to my Italian friend. Very frustrating

Great location only a 20 minute train ride from Rome. Very well maintained landscaping and the apartment was very spacious. Only downside was the AC couldn't keep up during the heat wave we came during. Also, make sure to take SP101 to the road of the house, otherwise you'll have a bad time.
