I
had
booked
a
semi-permanent
manicure
(which
is
usually
a
relaxing
time)
and
it
was
simply
a
nightmare
experience,
which
I
wouldn't
even
wish
on
my
worst
enemy.
Stefania,
after
removing
the
old
nail
polish
(which
I
had
done
in
another
salon,
and
which
was
still
perfect
and
flawless
after
3
weeks)
begins
to
push
the
cuticles
very
decisively
(not
to
say
aggressively),
without
softening
them
in
any
way.
I
point
out
to
her
that
it
hurts,
but
she
responds
briefly
by
saying
that
maybe
it's
because
it's
cold
outside
and
my
fingers
are
sore
(?).
Then
he
switches
to
the
CUTTER
and
COMPLETELY
MASSACRES
THE
CUTICLES
OF
EVERY
NAIL,
until
they
bleed,
and
then
tries
to
block
the
blood
with
hydrogen
peroxide
and
a
haemostatic.
I
was
literally
shocked
because
I
didn't
think
that
someone
could
damage
a
person's
hands
like
this,
without
even
caring.
However,
she
continues
the
work
in
an
approximate
way
and
I
try
to
give
her
confidence
by
thinking
that
she
will
then
fix
the
lengths
(almost
all
crooked
and
irregular),
the
edges
(which
are
not
rounded
as
I
had
asked
for)
and
the
surface
of
the
nails,
rough
and
with
the
sharp
edge,
and
with
residues
of
semi-permanent.
I
suffer
in
silence
as
he
hands
me
the
buffer,
still
very
decisively
(not
to
mention
aggressively).
To
my
requests
(always
kind,
I
had
nothing
against
her
obviously,
but
she
was
doing
a
terrible
job
and
above
all
IT
WAS
HURTING
ME)
she
responded
by
huffing
and
sighing,
looking
at
me
as
if
I
were
asking
the
impossible.
One
of
her
colleagues
also
intervenes,
saying
that
in
her
opinion
the
job
was
done
well
and
that
I
have
no
reason
to
complain
about
the
COMPLETELY
MASSACRED
cuticles.
He
rubs
the
primer
on
my
nails,
and
then
I
see
stars
in
pain,
because
it
clearly
comes
into
contact
with
the
open
wounds
and
it
burns
like
hell.
I
go
to
wash
my
hands,
and
when
I
return
the
girl
at
the
reception
(I
don't
know
what
her
role
is)
offers
me
a
refund
(the
only
sensible
thing
since
the
beginning
of
the
session).
But
my
nails
were
ruined
and
this
was
certainly
not
my
goal...
after
several
requests
I
managed
to
get
a
pink
covering
nail
polish
to
try
to
make
my
nails
at
least
a
little
less
unpresentable.
You
can
see
the
result
from
the
photos,
but
I
didn't
expect
anything
better
at
this
point.
The
pain
I
have
in
my
hands
is
indescribable,
every
time
I
touch
something
or
put
my
hands
in
my
bag,
or
wash
(and
above
all
dry)
my
hands,
all
my
fingers
hurt
terribly,
because
the
cuticles
are
really
very
inflamed.
I
believe
that
such
a
situation
should
really
be
reported,
and
I
reported
everything
to
Treatwell,
through
whom
I
had
booked
the
appointment,
to
report
this
salon.
I
would
add
that
I
sincerely
hope
that
they
don't
give
me
infections
or
similar,
since
I
really
don't
believe
that
the
drills
are
sterilized
between
one
client
and
another.
The
other
instruments,
yes,
were
closed
in
a
blue
plastic
bag,
but
the
cutters
were
open
and
already
present
on
the
instrument.
It
seems
like
a
really
risky
and
unhealthy
practice
to
remove
cuticles
in
this
way,
and
it's
the
first
time
I've
seen
it
done
(I've
had
manicures
in
many
salons,
in
various
countries).
I'm
applying
antibiotic
cream
and
connective
tissue,
hoping
that
the
situation
doesn't
get
worse.
I
can
only
wish
Stefania
that
someone
destroys
her
hands
like
she
destroyed
mine,
without
worrying
about
it.
At
a
certain
point
she
said
she
was
sorry,
but
I
repeat
that
her
reactions
said
something
completely
different
and
she
was
very
annoyed
by
my
requests
(more
than
legitimate
and
normal).
I
have
seen
other
reviews
of
experiences
similar
to
mine,
unfortunately
I
had
not
seen
them
before
otherwise
I
would
NEVER
have
booked.
I
won't
even
comment
on
the
environment
of
the
salon,
because
more
than
in
a
salon
it
felt
like
I
was
in
a
kindergarten...
comments,
giggles,
etc.
really
unprofessional.
All
saying
that
the
work
done
was
fine,
and
looking
at
me
as
if
I
were
complaining
about
nothing,
while
my
poor
fingers
continued
to
bleed...
