Sushi to jedne z moich ulubionych dań. Nie ma tygodnia, żebym nie odwiedziła lub nie zamówiła sushi. Niestety to było wielkim rozczarowaniem. Bardzo fajne i klimatyczne miejsce, ale raczej na drinka. Zamówiłam 2 rolki oraz tempurę z warzywami i krewetką. Rolki dla mnie były nijakie. Bez smaku, nie czułam opisywanego doskonałego smaku. W sumie prawie takie same. Sushi po prostu poprawne, ale raczej bez opisu w menu nie wiedziałabym z czym są. Żaden smak się nie wybijał, raczej ryż ze skromnym dodatkiem. Tempura była raczej panierką, niż dobrej jakości prawdziwym ciastem do tempury. Warzywa pokrojone tak cienko, że nie były wyczuwalne. W zasadzie jadło sie tylko posypkę. Szkoda, że ostatni posiłek i wizyta w restauracji w Bolonii nie przypadła do gustu.

Very fancy restaurant close to the city center. I had the pleasure to go there for a business dinner, as some Bolognese colleague knew the place. The food was awesome, and you could taste that the fish was fresh. I really liked their recipes and how they develop the Japanese tradition with new ideas. The waiters were polite, but always ready to assist us with what we needed. The room was clean and tidy, but very original in its style, while the music created a really comforting atmosphere. The price was right for the experience we had. I’ll surely go back to this restaurant when I return to Bologna!
