Hands down one of the highlights of our time in Spain so far! We attended the class last night and are already looking into their cocktail class. The hosts walked us through the steps of making 5 different paella dishes as a group (included vegetarian mushroom, chicken, and pork options in addition to seafood). Cava and wine was bottomless in our option, and we enjoyed appetizers and desserts as well - left feeling very full and happy. Met 8 others from the US and spent the evening laughing, storytelling, and enjoying ourselves. Such a lovely evening and will be a lasting memory!

Such a perfect first night in Barcelona! I brought my 3 daughters and we all had a fantastic time meeting an incredible group of people, laughing a ton, drinking Cava, and of course learning the pearls of paella making from the pros Mark & Fernando! Highly recommend this if you love music, laughter and food!!! You don’t need any special culinary skills, they walk you through everything…and you taste a great variety of paella

This was one of the best cooking courses I have ever done on holiday. It was so much fun! Great group of people who were taking part, the staff were full of energy and the cava was flowing! We made 8 types of paella between us and they were all amazing and completely different. Brilliant experience and such a good price. I would recommend to anyone and I would definitely consider going back to do one of their cocktail classes next time I'm in Barcelona.

We had a blast with the knowledgeable chefs guiding our group through the process of how to make an array of different paellas. The class is easy enough that you can drink as much freely pouring wine as you want, but also interactive enough that you feel you are actually learning how to make the dish. The process is fail proof through the expert guidance of the charming hosts. We all sat down and enjoy each others dishes family style. It was a wonderful time. You leave with the recipes from the evening and I have since stunned dinner guests by making my very own paella at home! We look fondly on our experience and would recommend even the most novice cook to give this class a shot!

I've never done a cooking class experience but this is definitely something I was not expecting. I am pretty sure that The Paella Club is THE experience. In the central of Barcelona surrounded by a beautiful and characteristic neighbourhood the team will guide you through an amazing Spanish culinary experience and a proper training for making delicious Paellas. Yes this is right: you will make an real Paella with your friends or you will make there new friends (I went alone and at the end of the evening I had more than 15 new friends around the world). You will taste amazing cava, wines and much more. Strongly recommend to join one. Finally the entire team is amazing. Thanks Alex, Pedro and "Angel" ❤️

This is exactly as good as it looks. Very fun. Very professional and you get to make the best paellas you have ever eaten. This is for real. We had a blast and would love to come back anytime. Happy new year from Sweden!

Amazing paella class (experience suits it better). Each couple was in charge of a single paella which followed Alex's guide. Paella was amazing and delicious, lots of cava was served while cooking and lots of wine while eating. 100% recommended for friends/family/coworkers experience.

The Paella Experience was the cherry on top of an amazing family vacation. This was our last experience in Barcelona and of the whole trip. From the minute you walk in they treat you like family. They know your names and where you are from. They teach you about food and music and loving what you do. Their passion is evident from the way they speak to the beautiful ambiance inside the club. The group was small and intimate which made the experience so fun. Bottomless drinks!! The Cava was fantastic. Alex and John gave us a night of cooking, laughing, learning and pure happiness and love. The food is amazing and the recipes are easy. They made this experience one to remember and I cannot wait to do it again! My 8 year old son cooked with us. The guys made him feel so welcome. A smile never left his face. On a side note I am gluten free and other than the bread ( they provided gf bread) I was able to enjoy all the food. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this experience.

Amazing! If your thinking about it - don't! Just book! An evening with fond memories we still talk about often and my husband is a weekly paella cook now thanks to this class! The staff were fabulous, the full culinary experience was so well done including wine, besides we got to sit and eat our paella too! An all out fun time!

We had an amazing experience at The Paella Club. We loved everything about this class. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 for both the instructors and flavor of the paella. From the moment we received our first glass of cava, we knew this place was very special. The entire time, the whole class was engaged & entertained. It was the best paella party in Spain!! When we revisit Spain, we’ll definitely take this class again. BRAVO!

Alex and his crew are great storytellers. From the moment of setting foot into the Paella Club till we left the premises, we had the best treatment. First of all, Alex is a great entertainer. He had jokes and great music the whole night. Also, he is a great instructor, he knew how to teach us the techniques for the specific paellas we were making. Even though it was a rather large group, he knew how to command our attention. He was very good at learning our names and it shows that he cares about the participants. He was witty, he was quick on his feet, and he loved making everyone feel included. I would also like to state that there is a whole lit of cava included in this experience and I’m still tipsy writing this review. You will jot regret picking this experience out of all the other ones, Alex and his team are super professional but also very approachable, they are worker bees. The tempo of the class is very high at any given moment and you will eat a lot at the end.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was treated to The Paella Club for a birthday present and it did not disappoint. We did the evening class on Friday 15th July 2022. This was one of the best moments during our trip to Barcelona. Food was amazing and Cava never ending. The hosts made the evening and were amazing. I would highly recommend to all.

Cooking, eating, drinking, and music. Don't burn the paella. We had such an amazing experience! From the teaching to the food to the product available to buy, it was all wonderful. And then we asked Alex to direct us to karaoke after and he did not lead us astray! Thank you Paella Club for an outstanding experience!

This is an absolute highlight of our stay in Barcelona! Not only did we learn how to cook one of Spain s most famous dishes,we did it in a fun way. John was fantastic, and we had a lot of a laughter while cooking. Cava and dessert were great as well. I would recommend this experience in a heartbeat. You won’t regret!

Run, don't walk, to this cooking class! This was the highlight of our time in Barcelona! The Paella Club makes the entire class such an experience for their guests. It's very different than any other class that my wife and I have done before. We were immediately greeted with a glass of cava and a beautiful space! We loved that the class was capped at a small number of people as we were able to meet most of our group. Everyone got to make a different kind of paella - we made a seafood one. The hosts would walk around the room, making sure that everyone was putting in exactly what they needed at the time it needed to go in. As promised, nobody managed to burn their paellas (though some tasted better than others!) We loved getting to sit around a community table and share our dishes with other members of the group. It was a wonderful time to meet our classmates and hear about what others were doing on their trips. We can't wait to recommend this class to our friends in NYC. Disclosure - if you don't enjoy loud music, this is NOT the cooking class for you. The music is BUMPING the entire time! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had the best time at The Paella Club! The chefs did an amazing job with walking us through the steps for making the dish and made the entire experience from start to finish one to remember. My husband and I came here with a couple of friends on our last day in Barcelona. It was the perfect way to wrap up our trip. Such a fun interactive activity. On top of learning something new, we met new people, and also got to try out some delicious appetizers and dessert that was prepared. We would highly recommend it!

We booked this class based on reviews. We’ve been on many tours and without a doubt, this was the freaking best experience ever. Went with my wife, brother and sister in law. Alejandro, Ethan and cast choreographed am amazing experience. So much cava, so much wine, they walked us through every step of the way to make amazing paella. Music, cava, dancing, laughter, meeting people from all over the world, it was 3 hours of non stop fun. We mixed all the ingredients and then sat while the paella was in the oven and then they served 9 different dishes. As someone who has done numerous tours, I highly recommend The Paella Club. You will it be disappointed.

This was 100% the best thing we did in Barcelona on our 9 day trip. We actually wanted to book a second time before we left, but they were full! Just stop reading reviews and just do it. You won’t be disappointed. The staff has SO much heart and passion in what they’re doing. Their story is unique, they are entertaining while informative, and they definitely keep the cava coming. You start with a welcome glass of cava and they literally do not stop pouring if they see your glass empty. We had 7 groups, and I think 5 types of paella were made. They keep the timing perfect, so you dance, interact with the other groups, and learn while your paella cooks. The paellas were all delicious, and we had Pan con Tomate and a tasty dessert at the end. They have tons of unique gifts to take home including all ingredients needed to make your paella at home. They also email you their entire recipe book! Absolutely the best experience. Cheers!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever done on a city break! We did the short experience at 1pm and it was incredible. The cooking experience, the guys that ran the class, and the food and drinks were all amazing. I’d happily do this again and would recommend to everyone. We loved it!

This should be 10 *!!! An amazing experience that is a ton of fun and you walk away with some real world cooking knowledge! Food, music, community and wine! Those are the four items that are celebrated at The Paella Club. We had a full class which offered (2) vegetarian, (2) seafood and (2) meat paella offerings. Everybody is encouraged to try all of them as each dish of paella is different. The meal included a starter gazpacho that was AMAZING, the paella, dessert and of course bottomless wine. Our instructors where great and you could tell they had a true passion in what they were doing. I highly recommend the Paella Club.

This is jus wow! It’s exceptionally great experience, not a touristic trap. Worth every dollar. We went with appetizer options with 4-course menu. Alex, very friendly and experienced chef, walked us through all cooking steps. Presentation, process, taste, interior - everything is beyond any words. Definitely spend few hours here if you’re in Barcelona.

This was one of the most memorable experiences ever! Alex and Jon were so much fun to cook with and made the whole night a joy. My friends and I loved getting to meet new people during the cooking class and the Paella was amazing! The whole experience was priceless and I will be back to do this again!!

Really enjoyed the paella learning experience. We got to do different paella’s, step by step, do it yourself. Then they sent us with all detailed Information in regards to the recipes (and even some additional ones. Received cava and white wine during the whole class! And our chef was very nice with great cooking experience. Worth the money!

This was my favorite activity I did in all of Spain. The instructor Alex was lovely and made the experience so fun and enjoyable. He made us laugh and really taught us a lot about the science behind paella making. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who goes to Barcelona and is interested in paella

Our class also made some of the best paella we had while in Barcelona and we made so many friends that we have continued to connect with!

Great experience! Perfect place to learn about Spanish culture while having fun with family and friends. This has been the best paella I’ve eaten in my life, and I live in Spain. The staff is funny, knowledgeable and will make you have the time of your life

One of my favorite places in Barcelona!!! I absolutely love the brunch and the paella classes. I would recommend it for locals and visitors. I had my engagement party here and I was the best experience with all my friends and family. Alex and Alex are the best and food is absolutely amazing. I will definitely cherish some of my best memories here.
