My wife and I found New Rais during our short stay in Pisa. It is a wonderful and clean salon with modern interiors. We were both extremely impressed with the staff's friendliness and professionalism. Lorredana who met us at reception was wonderful and she squeezed us in for an impromptu appointment, and even acted as our English-Italian translator between us and Martino, who cut our hair. This, to us, was phenomenal service. Martino gave my wife and I one of the best haircuts we've had in a while. Martino is an artist and is clearly passionate about his craft! The prices were very good for the professional service we received. Added bonus, the sounds of Depeche Mode were filling the salon while we were there! Definitely a bonus for us.

I just had my haircut today. It is terrible. I explained them what exactly I want & even showed them a photo of my previous haircut saying that I want the cut to be like this. They not only couldn't do the haircut, but also made my hair so short with such a terrible cut that I can't even try somewhere else to fix this until my hair is grown longer..Worst worst haircut I ever had in my life anywhere in the world!!!!

The best!!!

This is the best salon I have ever been too. Italian and American. Luca cut my hair perfectly and spoke very good english (if you don’t speak Italian like me). I had long straight flat hair and he perfectly executed what I wanted and what he thought best (I asked.) I got a cut and a blow dry (taglio+Piega) and he was very gentle and asked if I was okay multiple times. And made sure I was satisfied throughout the process along with details of what he was doing. Thank you Luca again for taking some weight off my head! I’ll be back again!
