Close to everything ( airport 10 minute by car ) ( centre about 15 min by walk ) . Very comfortable beds , Clean and tidy room. The room has been cleaned everyday and the gave clean towels everyday 😊🤗 Breakfast 🍳🥞 buffet , very tasty 😋 not only coffee and croissants like most of in here 🙄😂the owner and staff really friendly and polite . Really recommend!

Very good service, the breakfast is delicious, rooms big, the location is close to the city center and about 10 minutes from the pisa tower, the owners are very nice and we said we would arrive at one time and ended up arriving almost 3 hours later and they still waited for us.

Cosy Bed & Breakfast at a great spot with lovely hosts We stayed a week at Villa Maria and had an amazing time. During the day we took our car to different cities, villages and beaches and in the evening we borrowed the bikes of Maria and had dinner and drinks in the lovely restaurants Pisa has to offer. The hosts Maria and Carlo were exceptional. They went out of their way to give us a great time, with helpful advice and delicious breakfast. Free parking and spacious and clean rooms. We are definitely coming back here!

I am overal very satisfied with my stay at Villa Maria. The hosts were incredebly nice and helpful, the room was spotless and equipt with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend the 'bed and breakfast' at Villa Maria. For me it was a wonderful experience.

An amazing find just by the Arno. On arrival I was offered a coffee, panettone and fruit. The room is fully equipped, a nice size with a modern bathroom. The proprietor is polite and accommodating. It's a lovely place and I will seek it out the next time I am in Pisa.

Lovely place and staff, also very clean and quite close to downtown (takes like 30 minutes by walk). We had on site parking, so car wasn't a problem

I don't usually write reviews but this is my one exception and here's why; The staff here were unbelievably accomodating and friendly! They made us feel welcome the second we walked through the door. So greatful to have stumbled upon this lovely BnB Probably the nicest and friendliest BnB hotel staff I've ever met It's clean and comfortable and the breakfast on the morning was delicious 😋 Would stay here again
