Spent three nights there and absolutely loved it. Owner couple and their representative were all very nice and friendly. Their English was not perfect but did their best to help if I had a question or need any advices. Location is great close to everything but not in a busy area, absolutely loved it. The place is clean, well, it is being kept clean continuously by the staff. Room air conditioning was great. All together, I loved it!

Great Hostess that gave us lots of tips, helped with travelling around the town, prepared breakfast for me taking into consideration my diet and even ordered a taxi to the airport! The room was very very clean. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this place

The place is beautiful, clean, and Emanuella, the property manager, is a very helpful, hardworking, nice and loving person. We came and stay for one night with our toddler and it is an easy 5 minute walk to the Pisa Leaning Tower. We went there 3 times in one day! There are restaurants, cafes and farmacies, etc. just a minute away, literally. I highly recommend staying here, for families with children it is a breeze to experience Pisa on foot from here.

The hospitality we received was incredible, the best we experienced in whole of Italy. Our hostess was very helpful and genuinely warm and welcoming. Emanuela, contacted us, well before our arrival to a schedule a checkin time, she helped us get a taxi for our trip to the train station. The facility is brand new, well kept extremely clean. It's like new age apartment facility. The breakfast area was well stocked, and Emanuela served all the guests. The location is awesome, a short walk to the tower and multiple restaurants closeby. Easily accessible by bus. The taxi from train station costs about 12 euro.

Nice family run B&b. Close to the Tower of Pisa. Bed was comfortable. A/c was poor and does not chill room very well.

Fantastic B&B. We stayed one night at the end of our holiday. Perfect location for a short walk to the tower, lovely clean rooms, and a really friendly owner who will help with anything.

Wonderful little B&B in a convenient location, within walking distance of the tower, downtown and the river. The place has been remodeled recently. Rooms are simple, modern and clean (an IKEA vibe). Despite being on a busy street, the room was very quite. The owner is a wonderful woman who loves to please her guests and enjoys talking with them. Definitely put this on your list if you want an inexpensive, clean and comfortable place to stay in Pisa.

Brilliant little hotel, run impeccably by by its owners. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern and fresh, great location on the North side of town for the Field of Miracles. Plentiful breakfast and English tea, run by the amazing Stefania who could not do enough for her guests. Not normally my style of accommodation but so glad we found it. 6 stars ******

Reall nice hotel. Friendly, lovely & helpful staff and owner. Really clean rooms. Tasty breakfast for really affordable price. Good location, near city center, bus stops, from which the buses will take you directly to Lucca, airport and central train and bus station of Pisa. 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A must - Stefania is wonderful, the place is immaculate and had a great short stay - would recommended :)
