The best curry we've found in Portugal by far! We've eaten here four times already and it was perfect every time. The spice levels were hotter than expected (definitely Nepalese levels not Portuguese levels 😆), so order wisely. The mango dishes are my favourite, but everything is delicious.

The absolute best place to eat in Castelo Branco that we've been to. The food is absolutely delicious. We went this Saturday and it was packed, so maybe book ahead. Weekdays it is quieter. Run by wonderful family. The service is perfect. I don't know what we'd do if this place wasn't in town. If you want onion bhajis order onion pakoras. Garlic naan, lamb saag, tandoori chicken, dhal tarka, and raita are our mainstays. And they serve proper homemade masala chai tea. Kama Sutra beer is very good. The complimentary mango nectar shots you are given at the end of your meal contain alcohol. Cash or Portuguese bank cards. Foreign cards won't work. Thank you. 🙏

The food was good. I would have given 5, but it was a bit too salty for my taste. Very reasonably priced. Service fabulous. Nice atmosphere apart from the tv, but this is Portugal

Great place and really good curries. If you’re up for something different in Castelo Branco there aren’t many options available. This was one of the best. We skipped the starters which we read weren’t that great and ordered 2 types of curry and the grilled prawns which came with a lot of salad and it was the perfect balance of veggie/meat.. Everything was delicious and the waiter’s recommendations were spot on. Thanks!

A wonderful find. Slightly off the beaten track but worth a visit. Good welcome and a very comprehensive menu. The menu primarily centres on Indian style food but with a selection of delicious Nepalese dishes. They also have a nice selection of Indian and Nepalese beers. I tried the Ghurka beer and found it very pleasant. The service was good and the man serving us spoke good English which was a relief. The food arrived promptly and was kept hot over a warmer. We enjoyed the meal immensely and are determined to visit regularly, to the detriment of the very central Indian restaurant in town. The place was very clean which is an important first impression in any restaurant.

Very good food, pleasant restorant. We took 2 dishes that came with rice. The dishes are small but enough for us. We took also garlic cheese Nan that was very good although we think the cheese is not needed
