I can't complain about the friendliness with which I was welcomed; the staff were friendly, but my disappointment arose from the lack of attention to my needs as a customer. I didn't receive any questions about the Rolex model I was interested in or my personal style. I was hoping that the retailer would take the time to help me select the perfect timepiece for me, but sadly, this attention to detail was lacking.
