We stayed for five nights in mid-January and were extremely happy with our stay at Casa del Poeta. We found it to be wonderfully well-situated, well-priced, and very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the room in which it is served is very pleasant. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, always offering a friendly greeting and ready at all times to assist with anything you may need. We cannot say enough to express how glad we are that we chose to stay at Casa del Poeta and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for wonderful accommodation and service at a good price in an excellent location. In fact we would strongly urge all visitors to Seville to consider this hotel before booking elsewhere. If we ever return to Seville we would absolutely be happy to stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Casa del Poeta is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. After being delayed nearly 8 hours do to flooding in Madrid, we were speedily checked into the hotel at 1 am, they were expecting us and had everything ready. My parents were celebrating their 50th Anniversary and they had champagne and rose petals set up in the room! Upon arriving I wondered how I could be here- isn't this kind of experience only for rich people? The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the ambience of the hotel just cannot be beat. Staying in this beautiful historic building, you can't help but feel as though you've stepped through time into the golden age of Travel. Casa del Poeta is easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. Don't even consider staying elsewhere in Seville. Its close to everything you want to see, and gives the experience of old Sevilla.

Wonderful stay here!! Will be coming back next time we visit this wonderful city! This casa was beyond perfect. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was very peaceful. There is a rooftop with a great view of the city and the cathedral with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the weather and sunset. The room was amazing and comfortable and provided us with everything we needed for an amazing and relaxing stay!

If you want White Lotus vibes this is the place for you! This Boutique Casa is amazing! The service is impeccable as they pay attention to every detail, including their Hermès hygiene products. Your every want is at their service and with a smile. Their goal is to make you feel at home. I loved my stay here and did not want to go home. You will not regret your stay here! I will be back again … I promise! I love Sevilla ❤️

This was absolutely the most gorgeous boutique hotel I have been too and a pleasant surprise. Service and quality of room were the finest. Location is central and a short walking distance to main attractions. The ambiance was authentic and intimate. We were greeted warmly by Maria who offered a welcome drink and gave wonderful recommendations for where to visit and what to do during check in. Maria even went out of her way to help us book our train tickets fir the next destination. The room was sparkling clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Check out process was effortless, and we were provided free water bottles and snacks for the road. I would not think twice about staying at this beautiful hotel again and I sure want to come back. Thank you.

Very sweet, quiet, quaint hotel on a little dead end street in the middle of everything. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff have all been amazing, helpful, and understanding. Large rooms, our had an exterior balcony, some other had interior tables for use. We had daily breakfast included. It was a nice way to start the day. I would stay here again if I came back to Seville.

Must stay! Very well located, surprisingly quiet, excellent breakfast and service that was above and beyond. They have live music every night at 7:30 pm in the courtyard. Very nice. The only nitpick is we booked a queen and that is not what we got. They did not do a good job of wrapping the singles together thus beds kept pushing apart. Be prepared that it is a pedestrian area and not easy to find.

The absolute perfect hotel; hidden a quiet oasis in the heart of Seville - a stones throw from the main sites yet wonderfully peaceful. The staff were absolutely amazing, and the rooms beautiful. Amazing linen, relaxing bath and attention to detail. They had a live musical performance in the evening which was magical and a perfect pre dinner experience. Could not recommend highly enough, it would be the first place we would come back to coming to Seville again.

Beautiful hotel, an oasis of calm right in the centre of the action, gorgeous guitar playing at 19:30, such helpful, friendly staff. Exquisitely designed rooms with big comfy beds and high quality linen. We LOVED it and a perfect location for all the city has to offer

We were here, my wife and I in March with lovely weather. This was a lovely Xmas present from our daughters. Place us beautiful, attention to detail second to none and one get the impression throughout of a boutique hotel. Highly recommended but not cheap. But I think you get what you paid in the good sense.

Very relaxing hotel, cozy and calm atmosphere, outstanding staff / service. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite unique, due to the windows facing the beautiful inner courtyard with lush green plants. Breakfast was delicious, they also had a good vegetarian selection and gluten-free bread 🥖💛

From the moment I walked through the doors I was met with some of the best hospitality I have received while in Spain. They saw to it I was seated in their beautiful courtyard and served a cappuccino and a cookie. All for both of us to find out that I had stumbled into the wrong hotel!!! Never the less I was still treated the same and thus if I ever come back to Seville; I know exactly where I’ll be staying next.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ! This beautiful hotel is directly in the center of Seville. A lot of beautiful restaurants around the hotel, the service was impeccable, very genuine and attentive. The petit déjeuner was one of the best breakfast that I ever ate in a hotel. Try the croissant, they are the best ! Definitely will recommend it to my friend and family.

One must stay at this place to understand what five star service is like. Each and every interaction with the staff was outstanding. They genuinely care for the comfort and needs of their guests and leave no stone unturned. You are treated like a VIP. It is centrally located and most attractions are within a few minutes walk. Around 7:30 pm an artist plays music and it is very soothing. And it is a small, boutique, gorgeous property- ornate mirrors and lamps, paintings, greenery, colors, etc. They have set a very high bar for others to emulate. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Seville. Terrace is very nice. We came here during winter (13th to 16th Feb) so you can’t probably use terrace so much but there are beautiful views of the city from atop. They also have a 24 hour front desk. Caution: it can be hard to find because there is no signage at the entrance. Look for a tall black door on your right (at the dead-end of the alley) where google took you.

Beautiful central courtyard, laid back vibe, friendly staff and easy access to main tourist sites. Only downside is nearest vehicle access is about 150m. So, travel lIght and don't drive here. I would not hesitate to recommend.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Upon booking they provide you with information on how to get to the hotel as it is in Seville’s pedestrianised streets. The staff were very welcoming and while processing our documents during check in we were given a welcome drink in the gorgeous lobby. Our room was just off the lobby and was elegant and spacious, however in the morning we could hear people in the lobby area. The hotel recommended some amazing restaurants and a flamenco show. There was a Spanish guitarist playing on the evening we stayed who was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, we had fresh fruit and the scrambled eggs were amazing. The hotel is within minutes of the Cathedral and Alcazar. I’d recommend it for a visit in Seville.

Casa del Poeta, situated within a few minutes walk from the Real Alcázar and la Giralda in central Seville is conveniently located close to really good restaurants, tapas bars, shops and grocery stores. What impressed us the most with Casa del Poeta is how the quality of their service and their hospitality exceeded expectations and, in my view, better than some of the 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel is really well-decorated and beautifully scented, especially the lovely garden which sometimes has live musicians too. The complimentary glasses of wines were also really appreciated, something chain hotels don’t really do these days. Our suite was lovely and cool with daily, complimentary fresh fruit – we really needed that since we visited Seville during a heatwave! On top of all of those positives, all members of staff were very helpful and friendly. Casa del Poeta really nailed the whole hospitality thing and is a shining example of what one should be like if in the hospitality industry. Outstanding boutique hotel!

This hotel is the best in Spain! The location is perfect within a few minutes walk to major attractions thru the beautiful cobblestone streets of Old Town. The service was impeccable starting with a warm greeting with a smile and cold beverage and a personal overview of the city. Breakfast was fabulous, fresh and delicious. Breathtaking courtyard provided a great place to relax after a hot day of sightseeing. The rooms were exceptionally clean with thoughtful and inviting décor. The concierge service was outstanding from the time we checked in to the our departure. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again.

The hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures. This hotel is quietly situated at the end of a small street in the middle of everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It's impossible to imagine finding a much better place to stay in Seville. We literally didn't want to leave.

We had an amazing two nights at this special little place on a quiet dead end street in the heart of the bustling Santa Cruz area! The service was unparalleled--particularly from Rocio, who was so accommodating to us and absolutely delightful. When we asked about going up to the rooftop to watch the sunset, she informed us that there was no formal bar up there --just tables and chairs--but just to head on up and she would happily bring us a drink. Five minutes later she appears with a tray of snacks and the makings of a gin and tonic, which we sipped as we listened to the symphony of church bells going off all over the city. The rooms are gorgeous, the courtyard feels like a work of art and the breakfast was yummy and plentiful. But it's the lovely people who work there that make this place so incredibly special!

Both my partner and I loved the entire experience: a warm welcome, smiley and helpful staff (we loved Jessica, Kata and Felipe), flexibility when it comes to check-in and out, generosity (a welcome drink and a farewell coffee and cookie), cleanliness, the location, the views from the rooftop, the interior design, the wonderful scent... I strongly recommend it! We will definitely be back!

This has been one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Not only is it in the perfect location for historic Seville, but the rooms and history behind the hotel are perfect. The staff treats everyone so kindly, especially Jessica who helped me at check in and emailed me before hand to assist me with a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Both she and the staff are all wonderful. The breakfast is also fantastic. Upon checking out, I was even offered a granola bar snack for my train ride to another city. I truly can't wait to come back to this hotel. I cannot recommend it enough.

I loved the hotel. It has great ambience, is charming, spotless and all the staff are fantastic. To put in in one word, it is perfect and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I’ll shortly be booking a return trip. It was my first visit to Seville. Give yourself a treat and come to this lovely city. If you want a real treat stay at Casa del Poeta

Deserve being rated 7 star hotel I had better service than the Ritz in Paris or Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo. Excellent attention to detail and extremely attentive staff. Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay here in Sevilla. Great location right by the cathedral. Very much a boutique hotel with less than 30 rooms. We were on the top floor and our suite was quite large. Didn’t really have a view though and no patio. The room included breakfast which was decent, not great. Each night they have a Spanish guitarist play in the main lobby area which is a nice touch. Staff was accommodating and helpful. In the room it was a little warm and we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature. Pretty quiet spot, we saw a lot of older couples there. Would recommend for couples as it has a romantic feel.

One of the best little hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Service and amenities are 5 star! Our stay in Seville was definitely better because we stayed here. So charming!

I did think about not giving Casa del Poeta a review. It is one of those finds you want to keep entirely to yourself - it's so good! It is next to impossible to fault this hotel. From its ideal hidden location in the centre of Sevilla as close to all the main sights as you can get; to its stunningly beautiful building around a central courtyard; its excellent service and staff I have to give this hotel five stars plus. We did not manage to do everything we planned in Sevilla over the three days we were there so need to go back some day and we can think of anywhere else more perfect to stay than Casa del Poeta.

What an amazing stay at Casa del Poeta. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the cathedral and restaurants. The courtyard is definitely the highlight of the hotel and the service is beyond reproach. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. What made this place so magical for us was the evening musical entertainment where the guitarist enchanted us with beautiful Spanish songs and made it very romantic. Our room was small so that was the only downside. But we would definitely come back again.

My stay at Casa del Poeta was phenomenal. Room - We had the apartment, which was about a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. The rooms (there were 2) were spacious and comfortable, and well furnished. Housekeeping came by everyday to ensure that we were well taken care of. Service - The mark of a great hotel is good service. I was blown away by Victor (a trainee), who took care of our every need. He was enthusiastic and passionate, and he was proud of being a part of the hotel. From the complimentary welcome drinks, to the detailed explanations, and his recommendations, he made our stay so much more memorable. We will return if we ever returned to Seville.

Our stay at Casa del Poeta was completely magic! Everything was perfect: the hospitality when we arrived, the kindness of the staff, the service, the beauty of the place, the guitarist who came one night to give a show, the awesome breakfest, and much more. Our stay at this hotel was certainly a highlight in our visit of Seville. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel located in the perfect spot of Seville. Walking distance to everywhere but quietly hidden. It was a sense of calm and serenity from the second you walked in. Very clean and comfortable beds and lovely soaps and showers. A real taste of luxury and the most ideal hotel! We popped into a few of the 5 star hotels in Seville and this in my eyes was much nicer. I’d recommend to anyone! Lovely spot

After traveling in Spain for a few weeks and staying in four different hotels, we can officially say this was our highest quality and most relaxing stay. The rooms are very well kept, the grounds are breathtakingly beautiful, and the welcome-drink is a great surprise after a long travel day. The staff provided impeccable service (special thanks to Thomas, who provided AMAZING recommendations for dinner, drinks, and sights to see), breakfast is delicious and filling, and the evening drinks and guitar concerts are peaceful. We also enjoyed the incredible roof top views and spent many afternoons playing board games with a bottle of wine while watching the sun set over the cathedral. Seville may have been our favorite stop in Spain, in no small part due to this hotel. We hope to be back again! Thank you to the staff and management for all that you do!

So tranquil and beautiful! You are greeted by the scent of Jasmine and friendly staff when you walk in. We stayed in room 23 and enjoyed the breakfast in the lobby and Hermes bath products. The room was nicely appointed though we found the bed awfully hard. The roof deck has a beautiful view and the hotel is centrally located. The evening guitar concert from 7:30-8 is lovely, as well. A special hotel, for sure!

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We travel often around the world and of all the places, this boutique hotel was amazing. The staff greeted us at the door and the service though out was always above par. Friendly, helpful, and even when they did not need to , they went out of their way to help you have a great stay. Live music daily with a Spanish guitarist and a stunning courtyard for drinks. Wow!

I cannot describe how incredible this hotel is and how much the staff really make it what it is. My aunt and I were visiting in June 2022 and got completely lost in the historical district and after one phone call to the staff, they guided us to where we needed to be helped us get our car to the parking lot with such ease and friendliness. The hotel itself is STUNNING, feels like you're transported to a riad in Morocco with the smell of jasmine and greenery all around you. The rooms and showers are fantastic and breakfast is delicious too. To top it off, you're a 2 minute walk from the Cathedral and other sights. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was one of the amazing boutique hotel I ever stayed at. This historic building has been kept in very good condition. Rooms great. Staff very attentive. Great location. You should make this reservation in advance. Very small hotel. Great breakfast they serve here.

Every single aspect of our stay was simply phenomenal. Staff we’re over the top accommodating and fluent in English. The room, bed, linens, and towels were all of the highest quality. The courtyard was absolutely beautiful - like something from a movie set. And you cannot beat the location.
