An absolute scam. We booked a room on booking and they offered us an extremely warm room in the reception on the ground floor to the street and said they can move us to the exact same room but in an upper floor with working AC for 10 euros more per night. Nowhere was that written anywhere, the hotel has only one category of double rooms for one price. Basically forcing us to pay more.

Even though we paid only 100 Euros for two nights and the "hotel" is in a central area, we ended up in a room without windows at the floor plan. Molds in every corner and plaster falling off from the walls. Definitely one of those "hidden rooms" that should not even exist.

We did not enjoy our stay here. Rooms are tiny, crazy outdated, airco is crazy weak, there is literally one socket in the room (that of the TV), the TV has no remote so you can't even turn it on, you MUST leave the key at the reception every time you leave. Would not return, would not recommend.

It is not a luxury hotel, but it could be good for a short stay. I was lucky to not receive a room at the first floor (I read that is pretty noisy during the night), but I was unlucky because my room did not have a window. Well, there was a window, but faced on the patio, so I had to keep it closed to avoid the noise of the other guests (some of them could be very very noisy). I will not recommend for a sojourn longer than two nights.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room we stayed had no windows to outside. It had two windows to an interior space and the room was smelling extremely bad. We couldn't sleep. The worst is that people don't talk English. They just talk Spanish and expect you to understand them. Huge disappointment.

It was convenient and cheap. But the rooms were too hot. The windows receive no air and the air conditioner does not work properly.

Awful - The guesthouse was not good, the room was small and smelly. The staff in night shift (short guy) was horribly unhelpful. We 2 girls arrived at late evening and he kept saying we booked 1 single room but actually not. He did not allow us to change to twin room or add money to stay in the single room but needed us to cancel the signle room with 1 night penalty, then offered a twinroom with walkin rate, turned out with doubled price. Due to midnight and travelled for whole day and tired, we had no other choice. The room was hot and with bad smell. The air-conditioning got turned off in the early morning. There was no fresh air in the whole guesthouse, the window was facing to other rooms toilet. This was the most horrible experience in my travelling for 20 years.

Staff unpleasant and incompetent, no one speaks English. For two nights of stay they required extra money in cash each day!!! Scandal. Small, dark rooms with broken air condition and no window. I do not recommend very much. They did not give us any confirmation of payment!!!

Probably most of the rooms are lovely, but our room was at ground floor and during the night we heard all kinds of noise from the street and from the reception, including drunk people singing in the street right beside our window at 4am and early check outs in the morning. We stayed one night: if we had more nights, we would certainly have asked for another room.

The room number 3 on a ground floor is not good. Smells so bad!! I don’t recommend this room. Its 3 meters from the reception. The girl in the reception with curly hair said that she doesn’t speak English and that’s it. No English words. Nothing. So unfriendly.

Very annoying and rude receptionist, probably the owner. Smelly and humid rooms. Not worth the cheap price.

Although we didn’t stay here we asked the front desk attendant to help us as we were lost looking for a nearby hotel. The male attendant went way out of his way to help us as we only speak English. He directed us to our hotel and we are ever so grateful!!

A big disappointment. The worst stay in our entire trip of 12 days. Stayed here for 2 nights. Had booked a triple room and we got a room on ground floor which has window opening to their store room. Horrible, there was no air circulation in room and heater was not working. We were literally feeling suffocated for 2 nights and could not sleep properly. By no means it can be called as a triple room, it can mostly qualify as double room with extra bed added leaving no place to keep our luggage or even move freely within room. And when pointed out to reception guy, he rudely tells us you have more luggage. Oh come on! You call 2 trolley bags + 2 hand bags as big luggage for triple room. We didn't pay 160 Euro for such a tiny room, else would have gone for a backpacker's hostel. We have stayed at better properties in Barcelona & Madrid at same price. Plus rooms are poorly maintained. Paint has come off from roof wall, jet spray and soap dispenser leaking, leaving bathroom floor wet and slippery. Only good thing is its location. Else everything is bad. So just avoid this property and look for better alternatives in Seville.
