We found it so disappointing that we left upon arriving and finding the place was a depressing shadow of their make-up online image. It would be fair to say that the fine line between seducing and deceiving has been wiped out in this case. To begin with: it is a hostel, not a hotel, contrary to what was advertised on most travel portals (TripAdvisor, Atrápalo, etc), even its Facebook page and street-signs. We were denied a refund for our money, despite explaining we were leaving without occupying the room due to dismay about their marketing overpromise. The place itself has a depressing feel to it. Also, if you carry heavy luggage, you´d better be fit, since the stairs are quite steep and there´s no elevator. Thankfully though, the higher up you can be allocated is the third floor. Our room was quite noisy and small, having barely any space to move around the narrow and cheap twin beds. Worse was finding that there´s no window to the outside, just one into the corridor outside, which means that you have to choose between having natural light or having privacy :0 If you go for the “luxury” of having privacy in your room, then you will still have to remain quiet... because the thin walls between rooms let the sound through like paper. Summing up: skip this hole. Seville´s city center is quite big and has plenty of excellent places to stay. You don´t need to fall for location by the cathedral at all cost. I think that places with dishonest advertising practices like this should not be in the market.

After an exhausting 10 hour trip to Seville, and finally hitting the place, we were allocated in a lousy room with no resemblance to what we were expecting. Thankfuly, the next day we shifted to a nearby hotel for the better.

Great location, hospitality staff, the girl showed us everything to see on the map and even called to confirmed the bike rental shop hours for us. Baggage storage service after checkout. (complimentary) Poor WiFi, smelly bathroom, shower cube is too small to turn around. I would consider trying other places if visited next time.

1st star for localisation. 2nd for staff. That would be enough. My room called economy was at the ground floor. From room you were entering to patio and the door was not completely ok. There were chinks through which noises and light was coming to the room. Bathroom was a bit run down. One big bed was two connected small which were splitting apart. It was cold in the night - AC was not good enough. There is no parking around so you can forget to get closer to the place by car.

Clean, bad WiFi, Nice personnel, good place, and the hotel had electricity problems. I don't know if other hotels are better, but I'd try something else if I'd ever comeback to Sevilla. Sevilla is beautiful though.

Well situated in the centre of the old town of Seville. Really comfortable bed and room very clean but small. Bathroom and shower cubicle unbelievably small. I'm only 5' 2" and quite slim and I struggled in the shower. Be careful of the dates when visiting as the prices escalate if there are any fetes.
