Amazing stay, friendly and welcoming staff. Easy to get to by Bus and short walk if travelling from Seville Airport. The roof top terrace and pool has a great view of the city, accessible to all guests. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a good range of hot and cold items. The hotel is minutes away from the cathedral with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Highly recommend this place to stay, would 100% stay again.

A charming and comfortable hotel tucked into the old quarter, just a 5 minute walk to the Giralda. It’s also reasonable walking distance to most major sites, as well as Sta Justa train station. The staff were all great, always helpful. Sergio, at the front desk, recommended a great seafood restaurant, and his alternate lent us her umbrella on a rainy afternoon, so nice. The top floor deck has a wonderful view across the city, showing a dozen churches, a great spot to just sit and listen to the city. The hotel’s breakfast were very, very good, always served with fresh squeezed orange juice, and made to order eggs, along with a great assortment of fruit, yogurts, cold cuts cheeses. The room itself was compact but had a very comfortable bed. It was also nice and quiet, very little outside noise got through the French doors plus interior shutters. The only noise was from the lobby, when loud guests were talking there, hard to dampen because of the interior design.

I've stayed there in September 2020 , for two nights The hotel is nice, it is located right in the center of Seville. It has a pool, which is not big at all, but has view to the main Cathedral. The breakfast is pretty good although far from 'excellent'. The staff was friendly Now with some cons : the temperature of the pool is not good at all, it was pretty cold. There are barely any windows (at least my room or floor didn't have any) inside so it is definitely not for everyone. I paid roughly 70 euros per night, it was pretty much worth it , but strictly for those ranges.

Hotel is very clean, and staff is very good. However there is no free water in the rooms, they charge 2.5€ for a small bottle. Completely unacceptable for 4 star hotel.

Very nice small hotel. Well designed, good sized and rooms and mine had one of the biggest walk in showers I’ve had recently. Very good breakfast despite Covid - served at your table with nice selection of local ham and cheese, mini tortilla omelette, some fruit and pastries and crepes. The staff are very polite and helpful - everyone I had a chance to interact with. Location is very central, yet on a small quiet side street. Would definitely come back next time in Seville.

we absolutely loved our stay at joya del casco. we stayed there on our honeymoon and were thrilled with our experience. the location is incredible - we walked everywhere. and the breakfast - WOW. such an amazing spread with eggs made to order. everything was delicious. the staff is also wonderful.

Missing windows and floor in the bath room was dirty. No proper slippers... Very strange for such a hotel... View and interior design is great 👍, isolation and ventilation systems are great. Breakfast is great, but looks more like some starters, than real breakfast.

What a wonderful hotel! Comfort and care of patrons taken seriously and generously by delightful and hard working managers Marina and Frank. We felt such a sense of individual attention and abundance both in the layout of our room ensuite and at breakfast. Thank you Katty! We appreciated the hotel's efforts towards sustainability. Sweet treats, remaining from the breakfast buffet, were freely available with afternoon tea and coffee - limiting food waste while also highlighting the freshness of delicacies on the breakfast buffet. Our highlight was the evening dip on the roof top pool. The rooftop terrace was so lovely just to regroup and relax before bed. . No words to describe that experience. Joya - the best hotel in Saville. We sincerely hope to return next year.

Loved this hotel. Really friendly staff, perfect location, roof terrace is great with a pool and about 8 beds and a great view of the cathedral. Amazing breakfast with fresh eggs made to order and Brought to your table. Room is on the small side but Air con good, and quiet, and lovely bathroom. Really recommend it. 👌

We stayed here for three nights during our honeymoon. The room was clean and decent, and we certainly enjoyed the lovely breakfast (especially the live egg station and fresh fruit juice). We were also impressed by the warm, hospitable and knowledgeable reception staff. We requested toothbrushes but they didn’t have any to offer and we were told to go purchase our own from the pharmacy - this was quite disappointing for us and we later found out that it was because they had run out of toothbrushes for guests.

It was amazing! Great breakfast, location and service! Thank you Joana and Sergio for the amazing experience the last couple of days! We will be back!

Superb location in the heart of the old city and just steps to the Cathedral, as well as the shopping and dining thoroughfares. The big plusses for me were the friendly staff, the good breakfast buffet with eggs to order, the cleanliness, and the rooftop pool with outstanding views. Yes, the water was cold, but that was a perfect respite for the hot days. Minuses: my double room was an internal room facing inward to the skylit mezzanine -- not to everyone's cup of tea. But the noise and vibration that I suffered every night wasn't from inside, but from a motor or generator in the apartments next door, according to the receptionist. Not ideal.

First! The price-quality ratio is excellent. Great location. Smiling and really nice people will serve you. We stay three lovely nights on this cozy hotel. The room was really stylish, clean and quiet. The roof terrace has a swimming pool which is not large, but suitable for cooling off on a hot day. The breakfast was pleasantly different and tasty. I really liked it. Maybe i will return here on my next trip to Sevilla. 😉

Great location, although is very hard to get there by car, check the closest parking location and walk to the hotel. The streets are narrow and the gps will make you go around and around. Nice bedrooms, not very big but very comfortable. Complementary tea and coffee in the bedroom. Amazing rooftop view. The rooftop os not very big, the hotel was not full so it was perfect, in pick season might be more difficult to hangout there. The service is very very nice. Great value.

We had an amazing stay at Joya del Casco, the staff was super friendly, attentive and very helpful, especially considering the complex sanitary situation. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern, the decoration and interiors are stylish and gave us a real boutique hotel feeling. The rooftop terrasse is beautiful and we enjoyed our late night evenings there with the great view on the cathedrale and Seville's roofs. Would definitely recommend !

The staff was amazing, always helping with everything. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Their breakfast was super delicious and I have no words to describe the pool in the terrace with a view of Cathedral. It’s beyond this world. I would highly recommend it to anyone who will visit Seville and is looking for a great place to stay.

it's a very cozy yet sophisticated hotel, it has a warm feel to it, the staff is absolutely fantastic, very nice and caring, always willing to better our experience. The pool is a must, perfect for a refreshing swim with the most amazing outlook of this city. The location couldn't have been better, and the breakfast is totally worth it. Would definitely recommend this small treasure to everyone that not only wants to adventure out into the amazing city but also needs to unwind and absorb everything that this amazing hotel has to give.

Stayed here for 2 nights, Jan 23-24. Fabulous location within walking distance to many things. Bus station (20 minutes), Royal Alcazar and Seville Cathedral (15 minutes). The hotel staff were excellent, found a fabulous Flamenco Show for us and even booked it for us. Breakfast was excellent as well. 100% recommend this hotel and will stay here again. A++++++
