This apartment has everything you need for your stay in Sevilla. it's a few steps away from the cathedral, the alcazar and all the busy streets, yet it's on a quiet street. the place itself is clean and comfortable and is well equipped. and the terrasse is perfect for a morning breakfast. A very nice, clean, and modern place that's close to all historical places. If you're driving to this place, it will be challenging to maneuver the narrow streets to get there. And the parking area is quite difficult to get to as well even if you have an average size car.

This was a great location and very reasonably priced. It is a five minute walk to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and problem-free. There were two large bottles of water, two beers, and two bottles of orange juice waiting on us when we arrived! Note that if you have a rental car, there isn't parking nearby. There are many taxis in Santa Cruz that can take you to the apartment if you have a lot of luggage and you don't want to walk to the location. Also be aware that the location is in the heart of the neighborhood, so there will be street noise at night, but that is part of staying in a neighborhood that is central to life in Seville.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Perfect location, convenient check in and out, the rooms had everything we needed, plus some complimentary snacks upon arrival. Clean, modern, comfortable. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The apartment smells like there is a dead animal in it. There is also no staff so when we arrived we were stuck out the front on the street waiting for them to answer the phone - they then said we had to do a set check in which involved uploading photos to a platform and filling out a two page form three times (for each person). The app wasn’t working and the phone support staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I strong recommend finding another place to stay in Seville

I travel a lot to Spain on business and to visit family and friends. I always try to stay in one of the numa´s buildings. The check in is very convenient, you can do it on the plane or the train, when you arrive, you don't have to wait for the reception... They attend to any request very quickly by WhatsApp or phone.

Nice apartment in a good location. If you are not driving a small car suggest you consider parking at the further public carpark.

We rented an apartment for 3 days. Our apartment had 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 terraces (One on the building’s roof and the other one next to the one of the bedrooms). The apartment complex is fabulous. I will give you the highlights. I consider my self an honest and reliable reviewer: 1. New complex and very clean 2. Free parking 3. Amazing location, right in the historical center 4. Many restaurants in the area 5. The apartment is fully equipped. Full size kitchen and utensils. Washing machine. 6. Fast internet. 7. We felt extremely safe. 8 Access to apartment complex and to the room via code. 9. The host is extremely attentive. We got lost on our way to the hotel, he met us and guided us to the apartment complex 10. In addition, he made numerous recommendations to restaurants and other places around town. I will definitely stay here again. To the host: Thanks so much for all your help!!

Great place for a city trip to Sevilla. The appartment was very clean, quiet but on a walking distance to all touristic attractions. The WIFI system works excellent, the service from both remote as well as in the appartment was great.

Stayed here briefly and was thoroughly impressed. The check in was very easy and straightforward. There were gifts to greet us. Our apartment was clean and organized. Wifi was very fast, the washing machine and drying rack were very useful. Only issue was the TV seemed to have an option to connect with Netflix and YouTube and other streaming services, but I couldn't figure out how to select them so I think there was a glitch there. The location here is very close to the largest tourist attractions - Alcazar and the cathedral. There is food near by, the area is quiet and safe, and overall just prime! Thank you numa, I had a great experience.

Brilliant! Absolutely PERFECT! The apartment was impeccable and has everything you could need, the staff warm and accommodating, and the neighborhood is divine. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Seville.

The perfect place to stay in Sevilla. New big modern flat with all modern equipment you need, including a coffee maker with capsules. In a very good location with parking! Streets in Sevilla are very narrow so you need to drive really slow and carful. Fast communicate with Alfonso, that helped and had answers for some questions. A big recommendation for this place and for sure will book again when arriving again to Sevilla.

The apartment is perfect for a family and is located in in a very beatiful position a few metres far from the Giralda. Alfonso has been very kind and provided to us all the information we required. Highly recommended !

The perfect place to stay in Seville. Amazing facilities, helpful staff and the location is so central, we were able to walk everywhere! The apartments are beautiful inside, and the terrace is lovely too, very handy in the heat. Nice extra touches too like UK (and international) tv channels made it feel very homely! Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in central Seville.

We were in Spain for almost 20 days and we moved bases every few days. Therefore, we stayed in several different hotels. This was the best place we stayed at. We stayed here two nights and the room was so good that I wish we had stayed here longer. I am always skeptical about hotel rooms as I am a clean freak and my benchmark is very high. This apartment was extremely clean and I almost wish such an apartment exists in every city we travel to. The location was perfect. The street itself was quiet but literally only a couple of minutes walk away from all the main attractions in Seville and restaurants. We traveled with two kids and the apartment and our stay was simply lovely!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week. We were beyond impressed with how clean and spacious the apartment was. We rented a three bedroom and appreciated the extra space for our 1 and 4 year old to roam around in. The location is excellent and we rarely heard any street noise. A pack and play was set up in one of the bedrooms without request (so considerate) and we were greeted with snacks, beers and NA beverages. Having a washing machine is a must for long stays with small children. In the future I will seek out Jondo apartments. Highly recommend.
