The worst haircut I have ever had. My hair was completely butchered. I could have done a better job with a pair of garden shears. I had to go to another salon and pay to have someone try to fix it as best as possible. I can't believe a 'qualified' hairdresser can think that this is acceptable.

Went for haircut on Friday and the young girl made a total mess at the back. I have normally very short hair but she damn near shaved the back totally uneven. I have been going to just cuts for years in NZ and now Australia never had such bad service she was also going to charge me extra $10 for blow drying, didn't use the mirror to show me what she had done. A family member took a photo to show me. I was horrified .I have been there before and had great service. Shame she ruined it 😔 I have just gone back a month later as they gave me a voucher for free cut was a bit worried. This time I got the manager and she did a fantastic job 👏 I am very happy with my hair now 😀 😊

Went in there as a bloke and had the worst experience ever. The hairdresser was so ruff it wasn’t funny constantly waking me with the comb and clippers leaving my ears really sore. Didn’t even get a hot towl or a shave just a normal mullet took about 15 minutes and charged me $43 would never go back there again, shocking.

Went there today for a haircut. Asked to get number two on the sides with only a little bit off the top. My exact words was just a very little bit off the top, the top of my hair is nearly as short as the sides I would’ve complained at the store, but there was a group of them and just having a chat as they were cutting my hair about outside issues. The lady cutting my hair didn’t seem very interested in what she was doing at all, didn’t ask me if I was happy at the end of it just said there you go. I honestly could’ve done a better job at home with a pair of clippers.

Went here yesterday carnt remember that lady's name but was really short lady had 2 haircuts done one my son she has missed so much not even straight he was just getting his mullett trimed she has gone more towards a skullet takin to much of the top not even straight at front I asked her to straighten the front and sides she said carnt as curely but doesn't have curely hair and mine wast that good either the 2 stars are only for the apprentice at the front desk for her service do not go to this place rip of or at least do not see this lady disgusting $95 for the 2 haircuts and to clipper my beard off absolutely a joke

I must say just cuts was absolutely a pleasure I've been to a few barber, salon's to walk in a staff member attends to you book you in and the wait wasn't long and the have a wonderful hair dresser understand what you want and then makes me feel so relaxed in conversation then in detail go about her task if anyone has not tried just cuts at willows go there

Elizabeth and Danielle are saviours of the day! I wanted someone to wash and blow dry my hair. I called at 12pm, someone advised me to get the app and check in, as it will be quicker. I did, I was advised the wait time as 20 min, which perfectly matched with my drive time. I enter the store and I was ushered in by the lovely Elizabeth. I added that I have a wedding at 3pm hence the rush. Elizabeth asked her team member Danielle to assist to ensure I was on time. In 30 min, the service was done. Thank you so much for such an efficient service! I really appreciate your hard work!

Got a wash/haircut done here. The lady was very lovely and chatty and did a wonderful job. Will visit again.
