The staff are friendly. But never get a full box of chips which is disappointing, you guys use to be great with this. 🐓🍟🍗🥤

Good chicken at idalia red rooster , went there last weekend and very very busy but done an online order and had to wait 10 minutes, but the food was second to none . Would recommend the fried chicken better than kfc hands down .

Ordered through Uber, 2x quarter chicken and chips plus other food and neither came with there famous stuffing, called only to be told the staff are aged 14 and what can I say they don’t listen and they let it fall straight into the bin 😡 she offered no further help just sarcasm. My reply was you need a new management team.

Red rooster has really stepped up their game. We had some of the best crispy chicken I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. The coleslaw was excellent. Only negative was their chips were a bit soggy and I not a big fan of the potato and gravy, but my wife loved it.

Always get great customer service and yummy food from this store.

I went there to buy a roast chicken which I thought would be a fairly safe bet on a Friday night, however I was informed there was at least a 20 minute wait on roast chickens so I ended up getting the much less healthy option of fried chicken. I've generally had decent experiences here, but this was a bit of a let down.

Apparently they only half fill the family chips box now.

I like how they were quick on my click and collect order no fuss changing my coke to water was the website don't give me an option. First time sitting inside I like how they play music at mid level so it's not silence when eating my food. Ta.

Whoever owns this franchise please get your staff including management to do a refresher course on FOOD HEALTH AND Safety ASAP. Bought 10 pack of wings half warm bite into one, I have notice my lips were tingling to find the bone was close to still frozen. Drove back, spoke to the manager that didn’t have a name tag asked for a refund which was fine but he replied sorry they were frozen when we cooked them, at least check before serving, this response from a manager is scary, I’d rather they say sorry wings are unavailable then risk salmonella. Cooked on the outside doesn’t mean it’s cooked on the inside

Customer serviceses were great as much as the food

Just wondering if I pay more maybe you can cook my cook properly I know its Christmas but it's not real hard to give what you pay for

I don’t normally review the big chain fast food joints but had to give a 5 star review for this crew. Love Anthony’s voice, he sounds like Elvis! Food was cooked perfectly and quickly. Loved the chips and the new fried chicken is better than KFC (yep, I said it). Keep up the great work guys!

Discovered the chicken salad roll on this visit. Very imporessed with how 'real' this was for a fast food item. Meat from a chicken and not processed through a machine, a simple salad, simple dressing and bready bread rather than cake. At last quick and simple fast food with a lower level of processing. Will be back for this on a regular basis.
