My
overall
experiences
over
the
years
has
been
positive
and
I
will
leave
a
detailed
review
at
a
later
point.
HOWEVER.
Argyle
Street
Medical
Centre
DOES
NOT
OFFER
telehealth
services.
I
called
today
to
book
a
telehealth
appointment
explaining
why
I
couldn't
possibly
come
in
today,
tomorrow
and
have
been
physically
unable
to
visit
the
doctor
for
months.
This
was
not
understood
and
the
receptionist
kept
insisting
I
come
in
tomorrow.
Eventually
she
Relented
and
said
the
Doctor
will
call
you
in
the
afternoon.
I
asked
"What
time?"
as
the
doctor
had
several
APPOINTMENT
blocked
empty.
She
said
"in
between
his
appointments
when
he
has
free
time".
So
I
spend
from
11AM
until
after
5PM
just
waiting
around
at
home.
Eventually
I
ended
up
paying
a
private
provider
to
renew
my
referal,
and
they
had
time
slots
of
between
30min
to
1hr.
I
have
sever
Castro
inertial
problems,
and
unless
the
doctor:
1.
Able
to
see
me
when
I
pop
in
the
odd
time
I
may
be
able
to
get
out
of
the
house
(I
dont
expect
this)
2.
Can
offer
an
ACTUAL
consultation
over
the
phone,
15min
like
in
person
considered
equal,
and
he
is
paid
for
it
as
such
3.
Argyle
Street
Medical
Center
has
doctors
who
do
at
home
visits
and
doctors
will
be
able
to
visit
me.
(also
difficult
even
if
possible)
I
need
an
explication
as
to
why
point
2
is
not
possible
and
why
I
have
not
received
a
call
back.
Why
I
couldn't
be
given
an
approximate
time.
Overall
as
said
the
doctors
and
center
has
been
great
but
this
was
a
physically
and
nasty
experience
and
a
horrible
service
and
service
provider
in
this
aspect
of
health.
NEVER
NEVER
use
argyle
street
medical
center
for
any
kind
of
over
the
phone
health
care
it
is
non-existent.
Private
consultant
less
than
$30
referral
done
in
30
seconds.
Makes
Argyle
Street’s
services
even
objectively
extremely
low
quality
and
in
this
area
non-existent
