Excellent customer service & care. Hygienist is very gentle as she had to make impressions . Dr. Selsa Gonzalez is a wonderful dentist & made sure they were perfectly done. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Holland's for a solid 4.5 years now, and I can't say enough good things about the care I've received. Back in the day, I used to dread going to the dentist, but since I started seeing Dr. Holland, Helena, and the rest of the team, it's been smooth sailing. The front desk crew, Mayra and the office manager Helena, are always welcoming, sweet and helpful. The staff is also amazing – big kudos to Melissa (Mel), Aniela and Denise for their excellent work. They've got the skills and really take care of you. I've never had a bad experience with them! I had wisdom teeth surgery, had a great experience as well and I also decided to up my smile game with Invisalign about two years back, and the results have been next level. The team was incredibly patient with me, ensuring I was thrilled with the results. I'm so confident about my smile now. Since being under the care of this place, I've received tons of compliments. Trust me when I say, this team knows their stuff. If you're looking for a top-notch dentist and a comfortable vibe, this place is where it's at. Your smile's future is in great hands here.

I have been going to Dr. Holland for 28 years, ever since he opened his first office. This should speak for itself! He and his entire office throughout all these years have been nothing short of highly competent, efficient, up to date on all procedures, very nice, friendly and non-discriminating. Many of his employees and doctors have been with Dr. Holland for many years. They have always worked with me on different insurance plans and after realizing that many of these plans have become subpar, they now offer discount plans of their own. I highly recommend Dr. Holland. I am thankful I am older than he is so I know I have him for the remainder of my life (God willing)!!

Dr. Holland and his team are very understanding of my fears about going to the dentist; they are very compassionate and always listen to my questions and concerns while keeping me informed about my care options. Helena and the ladies at the front desk are always so kind and friendly - they truly go out of their way to make me feel welcome and at ease. This dental office is terrible as they are very dishonest, insensitive, manipulative, and customer service is extremely poor. They pretended to be concerned after I informed them of previous bad experience, got my insurance information, ran it said they accepted it, then scheduled me to be seen. But called me the same day of the appointment and cancelled. They flipped the script and said that they didn't accept my insurance and that the dentist felt that I should seek services elsewhere but provided no reason why. I was never rude or inappropriate with them and have no idea why they waited until the very day of the appointment to cancel. Not only did they not give any reason for refusing service but they didn't even provide any referrals. Again I've not been rude or inappropriate with any of the staff. They wasted a lot of my time as I could have been looking for another dentist. So 2 very important things: I think that they refused to see me because I am black and the information in their website is very, very, misleading, actually flat out false. And as per all their positive reviews ?????.... I've always obtained resources from family or friends but this time searched the internet. Their site looked so convincing and legit . This is definitely a leaning experience for me, I wouldn't refer this dental office to any of my family or friends, and I'd give them a minus zero if I could.

I had been in a search of a new Dentist. A friend referred New Image Dentistry and hands down it has been the best experience. From the front desk to the Dr. Good customer and Great atmosphere. Would recommend.

Glad I chose New Image! The folks that work there are BEYOND AWESOME ! During my initial visit, I encountered nothing less than smiling faces. I have never ever been to a Dr.s office where EVERYONE said hello. It was such a pleasant experience.

Great dentist practice! The dentist and technicians are all so sweet and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of in one visit if possible, even if it’s a surprise chipped tooth during the annual cleaning. Office is clean and professional.

I had the BEST experience here! And I HATE the dentist and having any dental work done. Dr. Gonzalez met with me beforehand to discuss a treatment plan and remained in contact with me via text or through her office staff from the time I left, up until the day of the appointment, then afterwards to check on how I was doing after the procedures. I came into this with more anxiety than anyone should EVER have. EVERYONE that I came into contact with at this office was polite and very understanding of my fear of having any procedure done, much less the FOUR I ended up having. Left the office the day of the procedures with NO PAIN or discomfort...just a bit of swelling the next day, which is totally tolerable, considering the alternative. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gonzalez!!! SOOOO glad I found her!!!

New Image Dentistry is the best dentist office in San Antonio! I’ve had multiple dental work procedures done here and won’t go anywhere else. Dr. Gonzalez is super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and has AMAZING bedside manner. Her assistant Analise is incredibly friendly and a joy to work with. Lissette, one of the Dental Hygienists did a phenomenal job with my cleaning and helped make me comfortable. The front office staff is always friendly, informative, and on the ball with all my administrative needs. If you’re looking for a dentist office do yourself a favor and go here!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and vibe. Especially the hygienist Jaye Moon keeps contact with customers after they leave, and says horrible things about the doctors and workers there. My family member had work done and their experiencing pain. With all the info true or not, now we don't trust the doctors or staff there. Steer clear. Update: This review is written for someone who wishes to stay anonymous. We do have proof in detail the personal association of the employee (Contact ending: 5212) to our source. Though we believe the doctors are good, with talent, and professional, , the negative verbal statements of the employee, whether it's venting work frustration, etc. Creates a negative impression on us as a collective. We have rights to express our impression (from a real experience). An experience from one employee is an experience of the business.
