My wife and I took two gemstone rings to Dennis Jewelers to try and establish the value of them. We had been to a few other jewelers in town and did not feel comfortable leaving the rings with them. We talked with Mr. Dennis and his team. We had this feeling of complete trust and confidence after visiting with Mr. Dennis. We left the rings with him with no hesitation. He assisted us in determining a value and also grading them with the GIA institute to figure the actual value. My wife has also had many jewelry pieces repaired by his staff. Linda, the sales representative really assisted my wife with the repairs. She was fantastic and so helpful. Our experience was unsurpassed with trust, sincerity, value, friendliness, and a complete feeling of satisfaction. It is like a family with employees that have been with him for many years. 10 stars!!! So I got engaged a couple days prior to dropping off my ring , which was a little too snug so it needed to be resized. I dropped my ring off at Dennis Jewelry Dec 20th and when I picked it up on the 23rd (THREE DAYS LATER) Keep in mind at Christmas time so I was obviously impressed with how fast they got it done… but my ring (which was my fiancés mother’s ring) looked brand new and like NO work had been done and yet fit me perfectly now. But all in all the ring looked better than before and I couldn’t be happier!!!!

My family have been going to Dennis Jewelry for generations. Dennis is family run and has that atmosphere inside. They are friendly and helpful. The pieces are beautiful and prices are fair. I am a Bride who is marrying into a family who has bought from Dennis Jewelry for generations- and not only was I was very pleased with the custom work done on my engagement ring, but we were visiting San Antonio for one day and came to pick up our wedding rings- only to find they were a little too small. Knowing we were flying out the next morning, Mr. Dennis came to the rescue- he resized both rings, had them engraved, and fixed my future mother in law's necklace in under an hour. I would have never anticipated that level of service, but Mr. Dennis went above and beyond for us. I am in awe, and can see why my new family insists on using his services for every special occasion. I cannot recommend his services more.

Had a ring sized and appraised. We are very satisfied with the professional conduct and customer service. The work was accomplished ahead of schedule. We are very pleased.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in originally for a repair that they were not able to complete. No biggie my insurance was willing to pay $19,877 to replace my ring. They had my ring from Jan 30, 2022. They went on to say that they would only value my ring at $500 for scrap metal and that it is all the insurance would pay for a ring. I called the insurance and they assured me that they would cover me up to $19,877. They then went on to say that the insurance would only cover me between $13500 to 14,000 because that's what they said it would cost to remake mine. Originally they had said that my ring was only worth 4 to 5k. I overheard Dennis speaking loudly about me on several occasions but never had the balls to come speak to me about the situation. I had never experienced such poor customer service. I went to Americus Diamond and they took care of me immediately. I walked out with the ring of my choice, sized to me in less than 5 hours. 4.7 That is a pretty high marks for most Jewelers. Been going here off and on 35 years. 4.7 but today 3/25/2023 was amazing. My ROLEX never look this good! The work this jeweler does is truly exceptional and highly customizable. We upgraded and customized my wife’s wedding ring and the results were outstanding. The overall experience (my 1st) with Dennis Jewelry was perfect. The staff were welcoming and personable. Each Associate & Specialist I spoke with were clear and easy to understand when explaining the repairs needed for my wife’s wedding ring prongs. I felt very comfortable leaving my wife’s ring for repairs. Each Associate maintained the recommended social distancing and wore masks which was also great and comforting.
