Read carefully when your shopping for your gold here. Look out for this key work polished. Polished means plated. Not real gold. I would definitely stay away from this jewelery store. Their stuff is cheap. I thought I bought an titanium mens ring but it was tantalum.

Was in store for a simple cleaning. Another customer came in acting just an absolute clown, picking fights with the crew and other customers as well. The team especially the lady, who's name I'll leave blank here, that dealt with this "paying customer" handled the situation professionally with tact and prevented further escalation. At my site customers are banned for how this woman-child acted.

I wanted to finance a piece of jewelry that I was approved for but the sales guy wanted me to pay part of it out of pocket instead of using my financed amount. I guess he gets commission from the cash amount paid instead of from the financed amount. Something felt really wrong about the transaction. I think he was trying to scam me so I left. I wont be going back. I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone go to the location in NorthStar Mall.

I took my wedding ring for resizing on 01/02/23 they said it takes around two weeks to be done. Two weeks later I come back and the ring is not done. Sales representative was very evasive and dismissive cutting me off when I asked questions and making me feel uncomfortable. I came back today 2/04/2023 still no word about my wedding ring, this time sales associate refused to service me unless I showed a receipt. Good thing I had the photo saved on my phone, but usually they just look you up in the system. It’s been a month now and I just want my wedding ring back. This is very unexpected, unprofessional and most of all disappointing.

The last three times we've come here to service or clean my wife's rings they have not been open during their posted hours. Shouldn't be that hard to post correct hours.

Got engaged 1 week ago which I’m excited about. But about an hour after getting my ring my diamond fell out so I took into this location. They wanted to send it off for over 2 weeks whatever .. I ended up taking it to a well known jeweler in sa he said the setting would be problematic long term due to a prong. He reset it so great! Not even a week later another one fell out I found the diamond called Zales they said yes go into the store and we can exchange or refund you for the setting but you have to go into a store .. go into this store again the manager was rude and so was the associate. Both saying this was ridiculous and not there problem but I could return my ring and buy another.. the manager was still rude after this when I asked her how long everything would take and what it would take to take care of things… needless to say I will continue to go to our family owned jeweler .. considering Zales is not being helpful on a new faulty ring… needless to say having my ring reset in a new setting

We stop by there store in the northstar mall to look for an anniversary band. They did not have it but my wife saw another ring she like. We purchased the ring and after we said we did not want the warranty (bad experience in the past of them not covering anything) the rep got defensive and pushed it more. The ring we did purchase started to peel off coat almost immediately. Will never buy a ring from zales again

no option for zero stars. they are refusing to refund a purchase made in store due to "system issues". no guarantees or confirmations were offered to assure that this will get processed accordingly and expediently. the next course of action would be a legal recourse as they are violating their own return policies. not a great way to retain customers.........a fantastic way to lose potential customers.

The manager of the store, Pat Miller, was very disrespectful and racist. My husband and I went in to pick up an order and have his ring resized. Upon entering the store, Pat was the first person to see us, but she did not greet us. As we waited to be helped, she walked right past us and greeted the white couple behind us with a smile.

He got treated very rudely and disrespectful gave me the wrong size and went all the way to Ingram Park Mall and everything was correct and overhear everything was wrong and they were trying to make me pay $400 just to get my ring size really unacceptable judging people who are young

Walked in and waited a bit to be greeted. Girl who did greet yelled across the floor and asked what I needed help with. I was reluctant to yell back, but walked closer to her & then said what I needed, since clearly she wasn’t coming out from behind her counter. She pointed toward where I could find it. Honestly, if I hadn’t come for something very specific, I would’ve walked out at this point. Luckily, another lady came over to help. She was cheery & very chatty. Christina showed me exactly what I wanted and was patient in me going back & fourth between two. She had things up and ready when I wanted pricing too. Made it easy when I made my decision. Checkout was quick and efficient. Easy breezy. Appreciate the friendly service from Christina.
