I saw Allison this week for a lash lift and tint and she was amazing! Se was very meticulous and careful with my lashes and they look phenomenal. She was also super knowledgeable and sweet, she went above and beyond. All the other staff was also super friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. There’re many qualities one could look for in a good injector. To me, there’s only one quality I’m looking for, probably in any professions - Integrity, and this word shines through all the people I met at Aere. I encountered integrity when I reached out to book the appointment. Elizabeth explained to me the waitlist situation and offered me options while listening to my needs and wants in cosmetics injectibles. Clear communication is key to build a solid reputation and earn the trust even though I had never met any of these service providers in person. I encountered integrity when I was greeted at the front desk. It was my first time at the office and was half nervous half excited. Nikki understood that and warmed me up with her kindness and washed away all my apprehension. I was interested in several different skincare products and instead of convincing me to buy them all, she went to seek advices to make sure the ones I had my eyes on really worked for my skin type. Who does that? I encountered integrity when I met Hannah. She is the most down to earth but professional at the same time. She took my before pictures, walked me to the room, went over the procedure we're doing that day and asked if I need anything while waiting. Understood this is standard and patients often come expected to be served. But I didn’t feel that way, I felt treated like a friend/family which put me right at ease and just comfortable throughout the whole time. I encounter integrity when I finally saw Neekan. I won’t go into details on her exceptional knowledge of facial anatomy, attention to details, eyes for art, thorough understanding of different type of tox, fillers and other cosmetic injections, top notch skill level to carry out the procedure. I would not stop when you ask about her straightforwardness. She is not shy to say no and set up realistic expectations. Neekan delivers her outstanding results with her skillful hands, innovative mind while holding a heart full of commitment to practice with safety and integrity. First off, Aère is gorgeous!! I saw Bree for the first time and she is incredible. Very very thorough and knowledgeable! I trusted her immediately and absolutely love my results. I would definitely recommend Bree and Aère Aesthetics in general :)
