Pam is GREAT!!!! The entire staff exemplifies what exceptional customer service should be. My husband and I were running late for our last appointment due to traffic. After contacting Pam to let her know about our predicament, she graciously said that she would still take care of the both of us, despite running over the closing time. I would recommend her and her staff to take care of your hair care needs.

Walked all the way there to find it locked at 3:00pm or so. I think if it closed a sign should have been posted No worries though I found a Better place nearby I used to go to this location years ago and it was never a good experience. Moral of my story don't go to a place that says it's open on line

Clean, polite & very professional stylist at this location. Free parking. Giant Eagle Supermarket on site, along with a variety of strip mall stories as well. Close to Carson Street, South Side of Pittsburgh. Enjoy yourself shopping without the hassle of parking enforcement.

The stylist was on time. Followed the standards of sanitizing the area after last client. I have been a client of Pam for some time. And she always asks me what do I want done today. She listens to my directions, giving an excellent hair cut! She also uses any new products available,telling me about the specials. She also asks how the prod-ucts I have been using are working. Pam is always pleasant, an asset to your company.
