Incredible location. Easy access to the North Shore, T station, South Side, etc. The staff is second to none. Everybody from the cleaning crew all the way up to property manager are exceptional to work with. Very friendly tenants who live in the building as well. My wife and I moved from out of state and met some of our best friends in the Venue.

I am moving from NJ and did a virtual tour with Jamie! the apartment view was unbelievable! I cant wait to move downtown for my new job. thank you Jamie for being so kind and accommodating a virtual tour for me, all of the other apartments i were interested in never even got back to me! I have lived at the Venue for three years, and I definitely think it is one of the best apartments in the area. When I moved in, I looked at 17 apartments and this was by far as this was the best and it has not disappointed. I love the building, the facilities, the neighbors are like family and Emily and Jamie go above and beyond to make us feel at home. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. If you have one place to pick in Pittsburgh, do yourself a favor and pick The Venue.

Very impressive location. I toured one of the new renovated apartments facing the baseball field with the assistant manager. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t found anywhere else downtown with high quality apartments AND customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie.

I work with OVR. Last year and this year, my team and I brought our high school students with disabilites to the Venue Apartments for tour and to learn about jobs there. We love going to the Venue because Emily is simply the best! She makes our tours so much fun! We also love seeing the beautiful apartments, especially the pool and being able to see Pittsburgh from the apartments! Amazing!

Update: as soon as I posted this, the venue staff promptly cleaned and sanitized the entire dog park. I was very appreciative of that. Unfortunately, the next day there were four new piles of dog poop. This is more of a reflection of the people who live here and how they clean up after their pets than it is the venue staff. This is solely to comment on the rooftop dog park. We chose to live here for this feature, knowing our dog would need an outlet living downtown. Unfortunately, the park is constantly covered in other dogs poop. The venue provides a hose for dog owners to hose off the area after their dog uses it, but there are always messes all over the space. If you are choosing this building for this feature, just be prepared for dog owners who do not clean up after their dogs. It is very disrespectful and disgusting. My dog needs space to run and won’t even use the space when it is too disgusting. He walks around like he is trying to avoid land mines. This could be a great feature of the building if the other residents cared for it and took the time to clean up after their pets. It is disappointing to see. I am not ignorant to there being some level of mess because many dogs use this as their bathroom outlet but it has recently gotten out of hand. It also leads the deck area to be very smelly.

Idk where to start but this is possibly the worst “luxury apartment” I have stayed in. The AC’s are old, outdated & DONT WORK. The glass walls only make it hotter. They mark all maintenance request as completed. Even if you. As the tenant are not satisfied. The flooring has huge gaps and spaces every where that trap dirt. The washer and dryer take up 70% of the 2nd bedroom. Everything is unfinished and lazy. Especially considering the amount you’ll pay to live here! I have spent the summer months sweating and renting out hotels to keep my dogs cool with zero compensation. And to top it off they showed me a completely different unit then the one I’m staying in. If you wanna pay an arm and a leg for a view and live uncomfortable while doing so. Then this is the place for you.
