Loved this South Side bar. Got the Spicy Garlic Parm wings and the three cheese burger. Some of the best wings in the South Side. Service was great too.

The outside sitting area was well lit with a few large TVs displaying sports. The service was great and everyone was friendly. The food was delicious!! Wings were amazing! We tried the apple pie cider and the pineapple juice shandy drinks and they were really nice too. Our total was $80 for wings, three apps, and three drinks. That’s a lot pricier than we expected, but the food and service was good.

INCREDIBLE wing sauces and homemade marinara; fantastic bartenders and a super hometown laid-back feel. Skip the chain places and make an evening of it, food and drinks are both well worth it!

Very good food quality. Great waitress. I never had need of anything. She brought it before I could ask. And just look at this food. Best CHILI in Pittsburgh.

Went for the first time with my friend and we ordered the garlic parm wings cause we had heard good things. But they honestly tasted so freezer burnt I think we ate 3 out of the 10 of them. Considered telling the server, but decided against it as it seemed to be a busy night and we wanted to be polite. Ended up waiting for a while for the check, and after signing the tip and getting ready to leave, the server interrupted our conversation to say “she wasn’t trying to be rude but that we were holding up three parties that were waiting” and basically that we should leave. We had just gotten the tip and had been very polite the entire time, so I’m very confused what we did that warranted that type of response. I probably won’t be going back!

We came in for pirogies and beer, and that’s what we got. I think they might be a little short staffed because it did take a little while, but it was a fun place to be. Only thing is we were recommended a somewhat spicy sauce and it ended up being way spicier (and we love spice so we’re not just being babies lol)

The food was very good. The staff on the other hand was very rude . Me and my friends sat outside with their kids , staff were shaking their heads when the kids were getting water. Then we went to leave and walking down the sidewalk the side door comes flying open (understandable it wasn’t intentional) but it almost smacked the kids in the face , the gentle man didn’t even acknowledge that it almost hit the kids and they were scared crying. A simple “I’m sorry, are they okay” would of been great. But nope didn’t say a word. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. We continued to voice our concern and were left with shrugged shoulders. Meanwhile we left a very decent tip while the bartenders didn’t bring us not one drink, we went in & got our own each time.

Not your average pub grub. BBT features daily specials and soups that make it easy to revisit often. Kelly, the bartender/server is a gem and John, the offbeat owner is often around to add a comic element.

A nice and relaxed stagehand bar! Many different sticker tags on the right of main entrance were cool to look at! Had 3 different meals there while visiting this week. 1st night I started with a burger, figuring if you can't do that properly then no more food for me... Lol BUT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY BURGER! The jerk chicken wings were my 2nd night, and they were flavored very well along with nice and crispy! The beer battered chicken sandwich is something I never even thought of, and it was awesome with the Thai chili sauce!!! All beers from the draught were nice a chilled and a fair price for all! Staff is awesome convo and accommodating!

It's a local bar and so much more. This is one of our new favorite lunch spots with excellent food and friendly staff. Classic pgh neighborhood bar decore but bright and well ventilated. Everything we have tried has been very tasty. Lot's of classic options with pleasing twists. Recommend Eric the Red wings for a spicy wing sauce that also has a good flavor not just heat. Good rubins, too

Had a great first experience here!! The food is all VERY good and reasonably priced. The service was fast and welcoming. We got fries as an appetizer and they came within 3 minutes. I'm not sure what their special sauce is but we loved it. Our meals couldn't have taken more than 10-15 minutes, seemed pretty busy too so you know they're working hard. We will definitely be back!

Was in Pitt for a brief stint, and I am glad I chose BBT as my choice for dinner. Wings were AMAZING. The beer was good, but not very cold. Service was good, not great. Would I go back, absolutely yes.

Really cool place. Nice patio out back. We are visiting the city and did a google search for food in the area. Saw reviews for good wings—they were right. Amazing hot wings. The rest of the food was really good, too. Service was even better. The bartender was super pleasant and attentive even though it was busy. There was a small misunderstanding with the modification I made to what I ordered and they were so kind about remaking my food. It was a very relaxing evening and we are so appreciative of the great experience.

Stop there to grab something to eat ordered the fries the wings and the fish sandwich everything was spot on and delish. Definitely going back

I have lived here for 5 years and just got around to going to BBT. I am a huge fan. The wings were astounding, and the atmosphere is friendly.

This is a fun chill bar - staff is great - our bartender Ashley was fast and friendly - did not try the food this time around, but will go back.

Good atmosphere. Great beer selection. Food was very well done. Ruben sandwich and onion rings were top notch.

Classic Yinzer bar. Wings are excellent! Great beer selection and atmosphere. Also, a great place to catch a Steelers or Pens game. Only gets a 4/5 as the service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a server or bartender that would move heaven and Earth for you, and sometimes you get someone who couldn't give a damn about you and just shelps food and beer at you. But don't let this sway you from going. If you want a true Pittsburgh pub experience, try this place. Oh, and make sure you order wings — they are amazing.

My husband and I stopped by here for lunch last Saturday and everything was delicious! We had wings and a bbq chicken wrap. The staff is very friendly and the place has a nice atmosphere.

Great tasting food, great atmosphere, and friendly bartenders! My only complaint is: We sat near the entrance of the place and there were a number of flies that wouldn't leave me alone, especially once my food arrived.

Great communication from staff on order status, even during busy times such as lunch. Small first floor, with multiple TV's and seating at the bar or along the windows. A second floor is available for additional seating or events.

My team and I went for a coke or two after a business meeting. ASHLEY was THEEEE absolute best she made us feel most welcome I'll be going back to hang out. Thank you ASHLEY.

Food was very good. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and french fries ( better than potato patch fries). The service was friendly and attentive. My visit was on a weekday around 1230pm not busy during this time. Glad I found this place. .
