This is a great hotel for people attending a convention. It is very convenient and you'll save a great deal with the free breakfast and the evening snacks. The room was clean - it's nice to stay in a room where the HVAC doesn't wake you up when it comes on. Some of the rooms have no view and look directly at a wall - but you probably aren't spending time in the room to enjoy the view. The fitness center is small, the pool is decent, and the rooftop deck is great when the weather is nice. The best part was the staff. Everyone was professional and helpful. I really appreciated Darnell - he does excellent work in the dining area. Before you leave, make sure you go down to the basement to see the old vaults from the bank that used to occupy the building.

I don't normally leave reviews. But in this case I just feel it's so necessary! ALL and I mean ALL the staff were extremely polite and very helpful and accommodating! I really appreciated the valet staff being especially patient with us loading and offering to help! The room was exceptionally clean and even smelled super clean when we walked in. It was great having the breakfast and kickback. Also loved the pool and hot tub! Thank you for being the best hotel around!

We were heading to a concert on the North Shore so the placement in downtown was very convenient and energetic in keeping with the vibe of our visit. 🎶🎟 The hotel is in a very well reinvented, newly imagined former Federal Reserve Bank. Complete with vast vaults and themes throughout. The staff is very friendly. From Derrick and his buddy at the valet to the young lady who checked us in and helped us find our destination to housekeeping. All outstanding. The room was very nice. Not sterile in any way, bright with loads of natural light. Bathroom was good.

I stayed here for just shy of two weeks for work. The entire staff made me feel welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating. The hotel has a clean, airy feel to it and has everything you need, including a full breakfast and happy hour buffet. Rooms were clean and well updated. This might seem like a minor detail, but traveling frequently for work, I was so happy that the business center computers and printers were well-maintained and functional, which is often not the case. Staying here made spending time away from home for work both easy and enjoyable!

I’ve stayed at the Drury Downtown many times. I’m a repeat customer because each visit is great. Everyone from the valets to the front desk staff is amazing. So friendly! I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere else where all staff say hello and ask if they can help you. The rooms are very clean. The free breakfast and dinner are yummy and nice touches to any stay. The elevators are quick and the valets are speedy to get your car when you need it. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely love the structure of hotels. It has a history to it. The room pretty amazing, very spacious, clean, and big bathroom. It was perfect. I had a fantastic time during my stay. The customer service who check me in she helps me a lot and give a map tour of downtown and the Manager Heather she was amazing. She does ensure food is great and ensure your stay feel amazing. I thank you all the staff from front unti back to the kitchen the kitchen. You have deliver such an incredible customer service and highly recommend this place to everyone who will visit Pittsburgh Downtown, PA. Thank you again!

Clean spacious room, walkable location, the kickback and breakfast were good. Nice pool area as well. Drawbacks were that hotel isn't up to par with even a suburb hotel in terms of room entertainment (TV station listing was lacking and no streaming options) and we waited a total of 1.5 hours for the 3 times we left with our car from valet. I don't mind paying for the valet, but the final 45 min wait for my car pushed this from a 5 star to a 4 star review.

Very interesting locale for our conference. An art deco gem. Federal reserve vaults are a must to see. Nice, compact pool and beautiful 8th floor patio. Rooms are nice though smallish. Help in the dining / breakfast area was super helpful and friendly. Valet service was efficient.

Clean room, comfortable beds, super friendly staff and valet service and the complimentary breakfast bar was the icing on the cake! Was not expecting such a nice spread. 5 minute walk to the subway which was very convenient to get to the football game. Highly recommend staying here!

The overall service was exceptional. Valet parking was prompt, on-point with no delays. Rooms were clean and very spacious, too spacious, there should be more furniture to fill the space. Great, walkable location. The included breakfast and dinner sets it apart from other hotels. I'll definitely return. Oh, and the building has great history, being an old Federal Reserve Bank.

This is the best hotel to stay in when in the downtown area. I say this as someone who has stayed in almost all of them. The service is phenomenal, the rooms are extremely clean, the valet is fast and really friendly! I stayed here often for work over the course of a few months and was often upgraded upon arrival without asking and the front desk always remembered me and treated me with such kindness! The breakfast is great and the bar makes good drinks. Without question this is my first choice when i need to stay in Pittsburgh.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is wonderful! From the moment we arrived the valet guys were great. The front desk gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was really good and the 2 free drinks coupons and FREE dinner buffet was unexpected and we were so pleasantly surprised. The bartender was great. Peaches in the dining area was terrific, she talked to everyone to see if we were enjoying the food and she made sure we had everything we needed. Jose at the desk was so friendly and gave us lots of ideas of things to do around town.Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. The room was good, but the amenities are really what makes it this a 5 star review. Free dinner, free drinks, and a really solid hotel bar/bistro. And a great staff to top it all off. Hotels are never cheap, but this place makes it a bit more worth it.

Everyone here is exceptional! We reserved a standard queen room and when we arrived the girl at the front desk was so nice and upgraded us to a suite just because. The rooms were spotless. The food in the evening was fresh, the included drinks were on point, and the breakfast this morning was also delicious. The pool and hot tub area were a perfect way to wind down in the evening. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at and if I'm ever back in Pittsburgh, it's the only hotel I'll ever stay in. Thank you for the great stay.

My first time staying here and I was very impressed. The service was very good. Friendly staff willing to help with anything and always very courteous. You receive drink tickets for social hours, and during this time they even have a small dinner buffet. When I was there they had baked potatoes, pulled pork, salad, hot dogs, nachos and more. I was surprised to see this. Breakfast in the morning was good with lots of options. There is also a bar/lounge area that is open later if you want light food options and drinks. The room was clean and well put together. Overall a great experience. I will be back.

This hotel was beautiful and amazing! From the moment of our arrival we were very impressed with the customer service from valet staff, the front desk staff (Nina), the dinner staff, and the bar tenders. This is truly a hidden gem in the downtown hustle bustle! It was the old federal reserve building and the original vaults can be seen in the basement! It was so interesting to check out a unique piece of history! We absolutely loved the kickbacks! Definitely worth staying at if you are in the area!

I stayed here 3 nights with my teenage son. —Pros: 1) free breakfast and evening meal. Food was decent. 2) super fast, free wifi 3) bathroom and shower in the room were very nice. 4) rooms are quiet. 5) rooms have mini fridge and microwave. 6) pool and hot tub are great. —Cons: 1) housekeeping was the worst. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to get our room cleaned once during our stay. I even took my trash down to them to make a point. 2) location/area isn’t great for families. My son and I were approached by beggars while walking around at night. 3) cable cut out frequently on TV in room. Good overall but I’m not sure that I’d stay here again unless specifically visiting the convention center. If with my son, I’d pay more to stay elsewhere.

I booked a room for my birthday with a couple friends. We had an amazing stay. The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. They upgraded my room when they found out it was my birthday. I don't remember the ladies names at the front but wow they made my day so special. The valet, David was also so friendly and helpful. The kick back happy hour and hot snacks were a nice surprise. The roof top patio and pool were so fun. Everything was nice and clean. Thank you for a great experience.

The customer service here is amazing. We checked in around 630 Friday before pride festival. Everyone was super friendly and answered all our questions. When we checked in Jose was very friendly and helpful. When we were ready to head to dinner Nina had so many great suggestions and highlighted a bunch on a map for us. Rooms are nice sized and anything you need is within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Stayed there on the fourth for the rooftop hang out spot. Hoping to see the fireworks from there. And although you really couldn't see the show from there, I still enjoyed hanging up there on the warm night. The room I stayed in was absolutely lovely, wonderful shower and as clean as one would hope. Really liked having the body wash, shampoo conditioner in a pump instead of little bottles. Dining area was also a nice plus, easy to get a drink and a light snack before heading out for the day. Location is perfect to everything downtown!

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh! Service is top-notch, rooms were clean and comfortable (and huge!), and the food options included with the stay were greatly appreciated. We actually used the evening kickback meal as an “appetizer” before grabbing dinner elsewhere… we regretted that because the food at the kickback was better than the food we went out and paid for. Location is also great, you can go in any direction and find a place to eat or something to do within walking distance. And if you decide to venture further out, the Drury is in a convenient spot for ride share services or catching public transportation. We were in town for the marathon and all of the hotel staff were very accommodating - they brought out breakfast options early knowing that many guests would be gone by the “normal” breakfast time. They even held and secured luggage so that people could pick it up after the race. I would recommend this hotel because it’s a wonderful value and the staff is excellent. We will definitely return when staying in Pittsburgh again.

Don't forget to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure! Terrific stay! The room was spacious and clean. The people, from the valets to the front desk clerks to the people taking care of the breakfast & after hours, were all friendly and helpful and professional. These folks definitely know what it means to offer customer service! Will stay there again without a doubt next time in Pittsburgh.

Traveling with the family looking colleges for my oldest. Room was clean! Location was pretty good. Kickback hour (happy hour!) was a nice surprise bonus for mom & dad, we enjoyed the complimentary cocktails and the food was pretty good too! Roof deck was a nice spot and my youngest enjoyed the pool. The staff was so helpful and polite. Really can’t think of one negative thing. We got ALOT for the $$! Highly recommend.
