Jenny was awesome and her service was pleasant! The environment here is chic and very neat, like you can expect from any BJ’s. The pizza was fantastic (which is saying something for me because I’m NOT a fan of deep-dish), the mozzarella sticks were very very crispy, and their iconic pizookie never disappoints!

Great burger and selection of drinks. I ordered a Jalapeño Burger, hoping it'd be hot, but it wasn't! The fries were the right amount crunchy and soft, and the sauce that came with the fries was deliciously hot.

Great customer service for take out on a busy Wednesday evening. Server/host was super nice, ensured I had everything I needed like plasticware and cups along with keeping me updated on the status of my order.

Food was great. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfect. Chicken was crispy and moist. The California Flatbread wasn't bad at all. My only gripe was the pizza. The price was a bit steep for what you get. We ordered a mini chicken bacon ranch pizza and although wasn't bad... $15 was a bit much.

The food is good when they make it properly! Everytime we get takeout, multiple things are missing. Last time, the ice cream to the pizookie and toppings on the sandwich. This time, I got the tuna salad, there is no avocado or red onions, and I asked for no cilantro but it's everywhere. Just not what I expected for $20. My husband always gets a burger and they have gotten those right both times.

This place is normally busy because it is good. They have crafted sodas and beers. The food is good they have a great mix for everyone and any occasion. My two year old likes going and enjoys the food.

Went to BJ’s a couple nights ago and wanted to share how amazing my time was! I’ve been to the one in Bridgeville and it was okay but the main difference between the two was our waitress Jane! She was absolutely amazing and made the entire night a great experience. She was so nice and funny! Our entire party loved her. If you ever get her leave her a massive tip!!! She deserves it!!

I like BJs a lot. They have an excellent beer selection, including many beers they brew, and very good service. It is not a place to go to for creative food but the items on the menu are good. I think their beer is the best thing they have but they also have a very family-friendly atmosphere and many families choose them.

Let me tell ya, never have I had service like I have at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse on Thursday, August 17th. I mean, really, amazing. Our energetic, kind-hearted, and generous waitress, Maddie P., phenomenal. She was on it, and I mean “on it” unlike any other waitress I’ve ever had. She made me and my date’s experience so enjoyable, warm, and inviting. And all with a smile on her face. It was great, truly; and I don’t say this often, but I will be coming back here again soon! :)

Very disappointed at their gluten free options. Thought that it stated they had gluten free beer online amd all they had was ciders. Sadly not sure if we will be back as my husband is following a gluten free diet and this place was always a favorite when we came to Ohio. Pizookies are still the best. They did have a gluten free version of these!

We had a great dinner and Danielle was a wonderful server! The menu has a good variety and I look forward to going back and trying something new next time, although I love the fish tacos so it will be hard not to order them :)

The best part about BJs is that they’re everywhere! I travel a lot for work and I love visiting new locations. This location however, cream of the crop! After hundreds of visits to dozens of locations, my server this past trip, Maddie P, was an absolute BEAST! 6+ tables and still made you feel like you were the only table in the place with her immaculate service! Wonderful service, fantastic conversationalist, and don’t even get me started on the food. I’m 6’3” 350+ lbs and this physique did not happen on accident, this food was BOMB DOT COM. 11/10 recommend, very much looking forward to my next trip back!!!!

Food and atmosphere is great! My waitress Destiny was very friendly, service with a smile and a great attitude! All around it was a nice restaurant experience. Even though it was kinda a busy night our waitress Destiny made it feel like a more personal experience, which is great. Thanks for a nice evening out.

The most enjoyable experience I had because of the attentiveness and genuine kindness of our server, Sarrae. She has such a warm personality and a strong attention to detail. I would definitely return because of her. If you order the trio pizookie definitely try the sugar cookie it’s amazing.

Justin was a very good server and our food came out fairly quick even for the restaurant being packed. Steak was a little fatty for my liking. We got to the restaurant around 5:45 PM, lighting was dark, a bit hard to see the menu even with my 20/20 vision. Other than that our meal was delicious and delightful!

Many times I have attempted to order an entree on the menu and they never have it. I just ordered pizza and there was no cheese on the pizza. absolutely ridiculous; BJ’s use to be so much better and has gone downhill so fast.

Ashley was our server and she was fantastic. We could tell she had a lot going on and handled everything so well . Our drinks were always filled and the food came out perfect . We never needed for anything and it seemed all her other tables go felt the same . I'm a bartender myself any can really appreciate when I see good service. GO ASHLEY !
