5 stars for the food and the effort/pleasantness of the staff. 1 Star for whoever was organising staffing! Seemed to be only 1 member of staff that had experience and they were run off their feet trying to show the rest of the staff at every station what to do, needed more experience in for the opening week, especially with the online ordering not working! Took almost an hour to get the pizza but it was excellent and I know the staff will get more experienced but it was poor by the management.

Ordered takeaway online this week for my family. Very easy site to navigate and got one of the deals which was good value. The chicken strips, chips and garlic bread in particular were delicious. The pizza itself was quite greasy, what you would expect from a chain pizza place really but still nice. Also the pepperoni pizza had way too much pepperoni on it but again personal preference. All round good takeaway and would go back. Quick too, was ready within 20 minutes.

Don’t bother, twice now we’ve had cause to regret ordering out of this place. First time we ordered at the till and stood waiting for over an hour. Tonight we tried via their app, delivery would 30 mins, 45 mins later I had to ring the shop and was told first it would be 15 mins then told it was already away, yet the app said it was delivered when it wasn’t. Got the pizza 30 mins later, barely luke warm and soggy from sitting sweating in the box, same with the wedges, completely soggy and no bbq dip. Go to Tikkatown instead.

I have been getting food delivered from Apache in Ballynahinch since they opened and I have to say, at last Ballynahinch has a pizza place that is absolutely top notch. My experiences have been consistently positive. The deliveries are always on time and brought out by the most pleasant of people. The food is always of an exceptionally high standard and piping hot when it arrives. The staff are friendly and helpful, even though I normally order online, which can often feel impersonal with other establishments - not here. I am always made to feel like a valued customer. I am now and will continue to be a regular customer of Apache in Ballynahinch - thanks again for a quality service.

We order regulary, from our 1st order to tonights order. Great food, great service, my son doesnt like pizza so the cheesy garlic bread is a firm fav, along with chips and chicken goujons. My address isnt on sat nav so the manager himself delivered so his staff would know where to go. The staff go above and beyond specifically the management. He also attended an event for us a bit of PR the week they opened and it was a huge hit, provided cookies for all the children...the mascot also made an appearance.

Ordered 1 pizza and 2 sides. Phoned 1hr 15mins later and they said our pizza was nearly finished. Why was our pizza only put in an hour after we ordered? Will be getting our order at bed time. Shocking.

Apache pizza is the best take away pizza and it’s brilliant that there’s a shop now in Ballynahinch. The staff were doing really great considering it was only their second night open. It was absolutely packed with customers. The girl who took my order was really friendly and patient. I hope the store does well 🙂

Have been getting Apache pizzas since it opened in Ballynahinch with varying results. Last night we ordered a pizza at 6.10 and were told it would be an hour. Hubby went up at 7.10 and realized he had forgotten his wallet. He tried to get the staff to take our card details on the phone from me. They wouldn’t accept that so it looked like he would have to come home when another customer in the store offered to pay. Pizza was cold and greasy and had obviously been sitting for a long time. Some slices had no topping and others had too much. Not impressed.

Ordered wraps, hardly anything in them. Side portions very small for the price, took forever to be delivered. Overpriced & overrated!

Went to lift pizza when said ready to collect on app, not even made yet. Then told 15 mins and waited slightly longer and still ‘forgot’ to make pizza. Complete joke and not even busy. So many staff doing absolutely nothing
