I absolutely love coming to the El Do Center. The staff is always extremely friendly & helpful. The ladies at the front had me checked in for my appointment without me even saying a word & that made me feel really special that they remembered me. Today I spent time with Kari & Lauren who both were sure to make me feel at home. There is a genuine warmth about these ladies which makes my appointments really relaxing & I’m always looking forward to coming back in. I also picked up a new moisturizer as well as an SPF, I am excited to use & see my skin glow up. Thanks so much for everything you do for not only my beauty needs, but also encouraging me to trust the process & live confidently everyday from the inside out! I love coming to the Esthetic Center! They are always timely, friendly, professional and calms any fears I have. They never try to sell me but are happy to share information on new products to help me make an educated decision.

Perfection is always! Melissa goes above and beyond and I always have the best results - so natural yet flawless! She always has the best advice for treatment plans for any issues that I may have come up, and I feel so confident in her hands! The entire EC team is great, and I personally won’t go anywhere else! I refer all of my clients to EC for services outside of my scope, and each one has been thrilled with their services - I’ll never refer another practice!

The staff and aesthetic center is amazing! From the ease of Appointments, to Howell, the nurse injectors explain the procedures, and discuss with you what results you’re looking for and how best to achieve them. Nurse Jamie is amazing, taking the time to make sure each patient is beyond thrilled with the results! I cannot recommend a civic center highly enough.

Such a great experience! I HATE needles and both girls were the absolute best! On top of their kindness and bedside manner, the skill was amazing. They numbed me up really well and took the extra time to make sure it was really in there. Then they walked me through each part of what we were doing so there were no surprises. I'm so happy I found the Esthetics Center and the nurse injector Jamie Hoffman. I've tried Botox at a few other places and never was happy with the results. The nurse injector makes all the difference! Jamie explained my options and took the time to really analyze my features to decide how she wanted to do the treatment that would work best for me. She gives me a completely individualized treatment, doesn't push anything unnecessary, and really cares about her work. I've never had other places follow up with me to see how everything is going. She's such a sweetheart and so easy to talk with that you feel like you've known her for years. The receptionists and staff there are always welcoming and competent, and the center is beautiful without being pretentious. I feel like I finally found a place I can trust.

I just love it here! Jamie is my gal and she is just a gem. She understands me and always makes me feel comfortable; like part of the family. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the office staff are really helpful and friendly. Johanna was amazing and very professional explaining exactly what I would experience with abdominal cool sculpting. The room I was in was quite comfortable and the treatment easier than expected!!! I am anticipating a fabulous outcome in a few weeks/months.

Had a great experience all around!! Very clean facility inside and out! Impressed when scheduling my appointment, which they were able to get me in much sooner than I expected! Receptionists greeted everyone with a smile and allowed the checking and checkout run smoothly but engaged in friendly welcoming all at the same time!! I don’t think there are enough adjectives in the English language to describe my experiences at Esthetics Center,... Every. Single. Time. As a two-time cancer survivor, I was left feeling unattractive and far from the woman I was before cancer. That is, until I walked through the doors at Esthetics Center. ALL of the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe, and was before I had one single treatment performed. Then I had the treatments….. All I can say is WOW! I slowly began to see “me” again! Life was brought back to my face without looking like I had anything done. I had a series of botox and fillers injected over time, to ensure the optimal result. Nurse Alix listened to my concerns and took care of every single one, one at a time. She didn’t rush to “fix” everything in one day. She let my face show her how much I needed and how often. Patient Care Coordinator Tiffany listened to my concerns and recommended exactly what would best achieve my goals, without trying to upsell me on additional procedures. Both Tiffany and Alix are two people I completely trust with my care. Thank you EC, for everything!!!

I was very excited but also nervous about getting treatment for the dark spots on my face. Jamie Hoffman was absolutely fantastic! She asked the right questions, listened to my concerns and past experiences, and took the time to assess and determine the best treatment for me. Jamie is extremely patient and knowledgeable. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by both front end receptionist who were smiling. Not many places gives you that type of welcome! From there I met Alix who was so professional, informed, and had great bedside manner. We developed a treatment plan together which I loved. I went in there for one thing and came out with another, she was open and honest about what I had initially wanted to do and suggested we go another route. That to me shows that Esthetic Center is in the clients best interest first! Love love loved my visit and will be coming back!

If you’re on the fence with Esthetics Center, do it! I promise you will have an amazing experience. I took a chance and booked a hydra facial for the first time. The facial was great and non-evasive, but still left my skin feeling so smooth and light. 10/10 would recommend. What really set Esthetics Center apart for me from all the other places I’ve been is their staff. I felt welcomed the second I walked into the lobby. When I got pulled to the back by Allie, she really took the time to understand my skin journey and me. She explained the process and the science behind why my skin concerns may exist and ideas to help with them. I felt heard and seen throughout the entire process and learned so much about my own skin. I left the center with a new confidence on how to manage my skin concerns and will for sure be back!

Esthetics Center in EDH is such a premium experience!! Alix was so patient answering all my questions making me feel comfortable and confident with the services I was having done. Stephanie is amazing as well :) I walked out feeling like a million bucks

I was quite disappointed about the whole facial laser removal. It didn’t work and on my last appointment they told me that it’s different for all skin types and sometimes it doesn’t work and if I would like to book another package. Seriously? I wish they would have said that in the beginning, before I paid over $1.000. Not to mention that nobody asked me after I finished the whole procedure if I was happy about the results, or if I think that it worked or not, absolutely no feed back asked.

Every time I come the the EC it’s the highlight of my day. While I personally go to Alix and always will (literally trust her with anything and everything!!) the rest of the staff there are also incredible! I never leave without scheduling my next appointment! Highly recommend to anyone. I’ve been coming here for years driving from Sacramento it’s just that good!

My experience with Dr Rice and his staff was wonderful! Dr Rice was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. Above all, he was gentle and I had no bruising after the procedure! I will definitely go back to him again!

I Had an absolutely amazing experience with Alix today. I had service at the El Dorado hills location, the ambiance was perfection. Every one was great and greeted me with a smile. This was my first time here and I was treated wonderfully. I was here for fillers and Botox. Both procedures I experienced a year ago at another location across town. My experience at the other location was great. I only chose a new place because it was closer to work. All of that being said it was a very different experience and I went back to have them increase the Botox and I can still not see a difference. As for the filler the young lady started out with a plan and didn’t follow through because she decided it was too much for me. I’m sorry but I do not recommend this location. After the money spent here I will go have it redone across town where I know I will see a difference. By the way this place was way more painful during the whole process.

Jamie was patient and kind and never made me feel rushed. She took a lot of time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. The ladies at reception were friendly and warm. I had a very good experience and highly recommend Esthetics Center.

I did an Emsculpt session with Johanna and it was wonderful! I’ve never tried body contouring before so this was a brand new experience for me. She was so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable! She was also very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the process. All of the staff at the front were very kind and welcoming as well! I went in today for my first hydra facial . From the moment i walked in i was greeted with kind, smiling faces! My treatment felt like pure Heaven. It was so relaxing but you could also feel the products working to exfoliate my skin and then hydrate. Emma was so knowledgeable. She gave me recommendations and also so many tricks for at home care. Dr. Rice is so very skilled at his craft and genuinely listens to his clients, producing results as good as, if not better than expected! In my case, more than I’d dared hope for! The entire staff was super supportive and kind from consult through the entire process. And all, including Dr. Rice, were available at any time for any concerns or questions. I’m only 10 days post surgery and can’t believe the results already. They ensured I was prepared with detailed pre/post op instructions designed personally for me. I affectionately referred to this as my treatment “bible”, continuing to ensure that I was educated and prepared, giving me the best possible outcome. My results are the perfect balance of enhancing my features without looking artificial. Just a refreshed version of me! I can’t wait to see the final results as my healing continues in the weeks ahead, but I’m so impressed already and returned to work today with little discomfort or noticeable scarring, wearing my hair down for now, but done so carefully along the hairline will heal to nearly, if not completely, invisible in the near future I am certain. I can’t say Thank You enough!!
