A great family experience. Really enjoyed it. Abel took great care of us and was very attentive the entire time. In the technical section, everything is perfect: the glasses are comfortable, the immersion is very good and the sound is very fluid. We played The Lost Pyramid. This escape is perfect for virtual escape beginners. Since we had a little time left, we were able to enjoy one of the games they offer (an archer battle royal), which was also very fun. We will continue the adventure with Beyond Medusa

It was a brutal experience. The best quality glasses, and the proper attention and instructions. We went as an anniversary gift to a 10-year-old girl, and although choosing the escape room was more difficult, we had a good time! Totally recommended for both children and adults, we will return for sure.

Just completed our 4th VR Escape Room at VIRTUA - an incredible experience, as always. We played the Alice in Wonderland one with 4 players & wow, so immersive & puzzles were nicely varied. Staff are very friendly & knowledgable.

Very accommodating English-speaking staff. My 10 year old and I already visited twice. Both times were so much fun. Try to book ahead as slots run out quickly. And be prepared for a bit of a workout (depending on the games you choose.)

Two stars and not one because the game experience itself was fun. Due to a mechanical issue with one of our bicycles on the way which made us lose over 10 min, my girlfriend and I arrived 5 min late. We had booked and paid for a 1-hour gaming experience, which gave us a slot of 1h15 minutes (assumingly to allow for safety briefing, storing your things in the lockers, etc) from 17h45-19h. We arrived at 17h50 instead of 17h45, and hence started the actual experience at 18h05 instead of 18h. All fine, except that the session was stopped at 18h50 and not at 19h. Reducing playtime by 10 min when an hour costs almost 28 euros per person isn't normal. We only realized this a few min after and addressed this to one of the employees (guy with long hair), who was incredibly rude to us, and lied to us claiming we had arrived 20 min late. The other answer he kept repeating over and over was that we should 'read the instructions in the email' rather than speak to us like a human being and respond to our specific questions. He then just left us standing there as he had other clients to deal with, according to him. Such a shame to be treated like this, we won't be back and I recommend others to look towards other businesses offering VR experiences in Barcelona rather than coming to Virtua.

We had an amazing time here as a group of 8 - the instructors made sure we understood all the games/experiences, and guided us through each one. There is a range of games we got to play, both individually and against each other. The experience was so much more fun than we expected - definitely worth the money and recommend to anyone visiting Barcelona!

It was great, the entire experience. Amazing !!! My girlfriend and myself we never did this before. The staff super friendly and very patient to explain how to play. We may comeback again before we leave Barcelona .

It was the first time as a family that we had a VR experience, thanks to virtua it wont be the last. We debated between the escape room, or playing 3 games. Since everything was new for us we played 3 games, archery, dancing saber cube game, and laser tag. The hour flies buy and we all left with a s mile (and some sweat, as we really got into it.

I did an escape room with my boyfriend and we had so much fun! The person who attended us was very nice and helpful. A great experience overall. We will be back for sure 👌🏻

I've tried VR before, bit this was something else. I normally feel dizzy when doing this but now it was flawless. I did the Assassin Creed escape room. This was such a unique and entertaining activity. Since we had a bit of escape room experience, we opted to do the hardest room (difficulty 9/10): Alice in Wonderland. We, a group of 2, beat it with less than 60 seconds remaining on the clock. Definitely challenging and very fun. We went on our last night in Barcelona. If we’d known about it sooner, we probably would have gone a few more times. The visuals were amazing. Absolutely stunning. It takes a little bit of time to get used to moving within the game, but we got the hang of it pretty quickly. There were one or two minor glitches for one of the players, but they were easily resolved and a few minutes were added to our timer to make up for it. It didn’t take away from the fun - we still had a blast. Our host/game master, Abel, gave us hints when needed and did a great job explaining everything to us. Thanks, Abel! It is very, very easy to recommend this experience. We had so much fun and it was unlike anything we’d ever done before.
