Although
it
is
true
that
the
treatment
by
the
MINIM
professionals
has
always
been
very
close,
I
have
to
say
that
I
feel
that
the
quality
of
the
service
has
worsened
considerably
at
the
time
of
receiving
my
refinements.
The
first
aligners
arrived
within
the
stipulated
time
(one
month),
and
I
followed
my
treatment
as
instructed,
with
excellent
results.
However,
it
has
been
three
months
since
I
had
the
scan
to
assess
the
need
for
a
first
refinement
and,
since
then,
I
have
not
received
any
more
news.
When
I
contact
MINIM
they
repeat
that
they
don't
know
anything
yet,
and
they
don't
give
me
any
estimate
of
how
long
it
will
take
to
arrive,
or
even
how
many
aligners
there
will
be
(which
means
I
can't
have
an
approximate
idea
of
how
much
time
I
still
have
left
to
finish).
.
I
expected
the
treatment
to
take
longer
due
to
issues
strictly
associated
with
the
movement
of
the
teeth,
but
not
because
between
refinements
I
would
have
to
lose
three
months
(if
not
more)
without
progress.
I
know
that
I
am
not
the
only
one
affected
by
this,
and
I
believe
that
MINIM
is
not
being
transparent
with
these
delays
(at
no
time
was
I
told
that
the
new
aligners
would
take
longer
than
expected
and,
if
it
is
not
because
I
insist
every
time
I
complain
to
them,
they
have
not
contacted
me
to
give
me
any
explanation).
Now
that
the
treatment
has
been
paid
for
in
full,
I
feel
disappointed
and
abandoned
in
the
middle
of
the
journey,
without
having
been
offered
the
explanations
that
I
would
expect
from
a
service
with
this
price
and
with
the
Invisalign
seal.
