Bought a pair of sunglasses, luckily I checked them before I left the store the where scratched and dirty, the clearly was trying to cheat me, not something you would expect in a Gucci store, the had only two pairs left the one the gave me was by far the worst 😖

All staffs were kind. and Especially Monica made my day!!! She has super nice taste for choosing product. Her recommendation was perfect. I think she really knows well how to make people happy :) Thank you so much again.

Exceptional service (the ‘Asian’ girl was fantastic actually Helsinki, very professional - maybe get a person’s name in future before criticising them). I want to make special mention of Diana Mozul, who served us during our visit. Energetic, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Some of the best service we’ve ever had at Gucci (outlet or boutique) in Europe, the States or Asia. Thanks Diana!

The attention is not so great, most of all the Asian girl wasn’t very nice. I felt like I was in Zara, not in a luxury store. Plus the scarfs come in a plastic packaging, no box, just a plain black bag…

La Roca is a good outlet place with nice shops and lower prices.

Staff friendly and good prices and outs slightly cheaper than the U.K. I managed to save £25 compared to Bicester outlet priced a Gucci t-shirt

I get this weird vibe often at Gucci's boutiques. Not sure why the SAs and staffs are always rude or play high classed. C' mon it's Gucci. It's not that expensive and good quality. That's probably why I never feel like to purchase anything. Better use money to some other brands that care about their service and pictures such as Dior, Jimmy Choo, Maxmara,...

Such a bad and rude service especially the girl who has yellow hair and black glasses. I prefer to give her 0 stars.
