Love, love this brand!! Bought a bag and scarf which were a real bargain. High end designer store without the pretence. Friendly, helpful staff that spoken English. Will definitely be going back.

What a nice collection, again! And again at affordable proces, despite the design and remarkable quality! As usual the man pulls in my attention. And I noticed the very trendy 2 plies pants, to be seen more and more in the close future:)

Excellent store and products. I don't know if they have been robbed a lot by pick pockets or thieves, but when you get in the store, sales representatives stare in a mean way and when looking for a product they linger as you are going to steal anything. Although the person that assisted us in the men's area was very nice and attentive.

Very good welcome. A big choice os sales up to 40 % (but you have to hurry). The store is attractive and the employees are really helpfull and at your disposition.

The store has a nice selection of clothes/accessories. However, I went there several times, some male store attendants here are very aloof. They should know they are store attendants, not judges.

After purchasing a beautiful sweater, the knitting came apart after wearing it the first time! I didn’t keep the receipt and the shop refuses to exchange (this is just 2 weeks later.) I showed my bank transaction marked Aldolfo Dominguez with the sum of purchase. Unfortunately poor customer service creates a negative experience from myself and others who hear or read this review. Ridiculous that a paper receipt is necessary when the collection is new and my bank transaction should be sufficient evidence.

A busy day cos of January sales and still the sales lady (who you could tell she has experience),took the time to look up the bag I was looking for in the catalogue. She knew the one I was talking about, just by describing it roughly… that was impressive! The bag seems to be sold out everywhere but the effort she made (with gentle ease and finesse) to locate it did the store proud. 👌🏽⭐️

They offer a good range of clothing, either for men and women, accessories as well, good design and quality... And the best!! The staff is very helpful professional, patient, nice and they know how to assess you... It's something that I really APPRECIATE

A great brand that is unfortunately being completely destroyed by poor service in this store. And by poor service I mean only the male sales staff in the men's department who seem very frustrated and incredibly arrogant and unprofessional.
