Staff helpful but yet AGAIN had to queue for 15mins at the ONE open checkout, despite the fact there where 2 guys sat at the adjacent desk, 4 stood talking at the large desk and others wandering around. We asked for another cashier but where informed there was no other cashiers ! Now I remember why we stopped shopping there and use Le Roys or Bauhaus. Despite spending over 620e and wanting to buy approx 1200e worth of laminate flooring and ceramic tiles I and my son will NOT RETURN -- no point in having helpful staff and NO cashiers !!!

Second time I went to Bricot and they have not a lot of stock. You always have to order and wait two weeks. The stock management is very poor.

I must bring to manager's attention an unacceptable attitude of one employee in particular Manuela, who works at the cashier. I have been doing the whole refurbishment in Brico and never had a negative experience with any of the staff until I came across Manuela who should not be working in any type of customer service EVER. This job is not for people like her. Her rude and unprofessional attitude ruins the whole image of the store. One bad employee like this WILL COST YOU many customers. Dear Manager, please rethink your choice of employees because they are the ones who make your business work or fail. This person makes your business a complete failure. This person is rude by nature, not because of one bad day or bad mood. This person has attitude issues that cannot be fixed. Its just not a job for her. Simple. Hope you choose your staff carefully next time.
