We had one week of holiday and thank to Ego Fit we could keep our fitness in truck. Great equipment and enjoyable classes. Whenever you go on holiday to Castellammare visit Ego Fit, they are going to make you feel mentally and physically good!!

A very well equipped, clean, modern gym with very friendly and helpful instructors. Could do any program I wanted cause all kinds of equipment, free weights and kettle bells were available. Its very important for me to keep my training regime so I’m very glad to have found Ego Fit Club. Will be back !

I have spent almost 3 weeks in Castellamare del Golfo and in order to keep my shape despite enjoying in fantastic Italian food, sweets and wine it was recommended to me by my host to go to Ergo Fit Club. And what I great studio I found! I went on Pilates classes led by Mariella(owner). Fantastic energy and spirit. Very good exercises (some days were very tough 😊) with lots of variety and followed in a background with a good music! In case you are more gym type then you will find good machines where you could work on your body as well 😉 Thank you soo much Mariella and the whole Team. Moreover, thanks for including me into the lovely group of Italians and giving me the feeling that I am part of this community for many years now! I am looking forward coming back to Castellamare and going to Ergo Fit Club! My best recommendations to this Club and Mariella. Baci e a la prossima volta! Jelena

i really like this Gym! the group classes are very fun, the private training are amazing! Giuseppe is so professional and really knows what he do, i really enjoy these classes! everyone is nice and friendly, the place is new and beautiful 😻

AMAZING gym! One of the best anywhere. The staff is so warm and friendly. They make you feel like you're right at home. The weights and cardio equipment are very complete and in good shape. Although I didn't participate, they had classes and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Make this your gym when in the Castellammare del Golfo area.

Very cosy fitness club, well sorted machines, for both, power and cardio; professional trainers, charming receptionists. Highly recommendable!

Way to overpriced and some of the instructers are not friendly. The equipment is in a fine condition. 15 euros for just 1 person for one day, that is way to much. They also can't speak english (which isn't surprising)
