EXCELLENT!!! The Surgery Center was a wonderful place. I was treated with such care by all of the nurses that I spoke with on the phone and then by EVERYONE who took care of me before, during, and after my procedure. You have some truly kind, caring and VERY competent nurses. My anesthesiologist was EXCELLENT. He answered all of my questions during a pre-op discussion he did with me And he made it very clear that he would answer any and all questions I may have right up until my surgery. And he has a wonderful sense of humor that really relaxed me because I tend to be very nervous before any surgery. And of course, I thank my EXCELLENT SURGEON, Dr. Lawrence Weiss. Great experience from start to finish, I’ve been very apprehensive about getting my surgery for the past four years and finally decided to get it done. Dr Mark Kraukauer has been amazing throughout the process, from the initial consultation, surgery and now the healing phase, I haven’t ever felt this comfortable before. I was immediately greeted and taken back before surgery, the nurses were so sweet and they make you feel comfortable from the start. The doctors came second and explained the anesthesia process, I woke up to a friendly face and was discharged and escorted to my vehicle. Absolutely amazing staff!!! Thank you again for all you do everyday!!!

I could not be more impressed! I’ve had surgeries in the past and have visited many friends and family who have as well. THIS, was the most professional, efficient and least stressful experience of all! First, the surgery center did not have that “hospital” feel to it at all, greatly reducing stress. I don’t really know how to describe it except to say it was very comfortable, clean and decorated in a manner that made you feel at ease. From their “receptionist” at the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologists… wow! I have not experienced a friendlier, more professional, efficient group! The efficiency, in particular, was superb! There was simply no waiting… no dead time to let your mind worry about the surgery to come. I was on time for my appointment and was called back within 5 minutes, immediately prepared, counseled, given meds to relax… next thing, I was waking up (groggily, of course), briefed by the surgeon, and shortly after told that I could stay longer if I didn’t feel ready, but was free to go if I chose! AMAZING—and my best surgical experience by far!! I would absolutely recommend them over surgery in the hospital… the overall atmosphere is just incomparable. The overall experience instilled less stress than going to the dentist for a checkup… this group really has there stuff down!!

I’ve been a patient at the surgical center several times. My experiences there have been very positive. They are organized, pleasant and professional. They do whatever they can to keep you feeling secure and comfortable. The center is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them!

This was the best surgical experience I ever had and I've had many. I am a semi retired nurse and I was very impressed with all the information they collect pre-op and by all the information they offer to their future patients. Everyone from the front desk to the anesthesiologist was very kind and caring. I was very impressed with everything and everyone. The facility itself is very well taken care of. They have an electronic board in the waiting room, for those who are waiting, to monitor the progress of their friend/family member. I would and have already highly recommended the Surgery Center of Allentown to everyone who has asked about my surgery.

My entire experience was extraordinary. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff, oh the staff.... Every single person had a smile on their face and were genuinely experienced people with amazing bedside manner. While I do not want to have any more surgeries, if I do, I would be comforted to have it at the Surgery Center of Allentown.

I had the best experience of my life there. I got a breast augmentation and i was super nervous due to never being put under, but my pre op nurse Kelly was phenomenal! She calmed me down so much before going back for surgery. My anesthesiologist was extremely informative and Dr. Chung made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this place for any surgery!

I have had many surgeries in my life and I have to say that I had the best experience at this surgery center. Everyone was so caring and helpful. I had no anxiety at all. I trusted them completely. I would definitely recommend them if you are needing any surgery!

I can’t thank enough the staff and nurses, the doctors for how wonderful they made me feel under their care. I felt no fear and I was relaxed. The front desk ladies have such a pleasant disposition and welcome you with a smile 😊 This is my second-hand surgery and I will honestly say I have no regrets at all am thrilled it was at OAA!!

I am extremely impressed with this place. They are detail oriented, take the time necessary to get all the correct information they might need from the patient, and then listen to and answer questions without the patient feeling rushed. They seem very engaged and serious about what they do to make sure things go as well as possible. My situation is a little complex, yet I felt they took the time and thought necessary to cover all the angles and solve the problems.
