Been in PT of many varieties for 1.5 years after a bad car crash, appointments multiple times a week. Chiropractor, Gua Sha, trigger point injections, etc. and had given up hope of any more mobility. In fact, pain has gotten so bad that I have had a terrible time sleeping. A friend gave me a gift card here, which I finally used today. Brian was absolutely amazing. He managed to do in 60 min. more to bring me relief than any of these $$$ medical pros have done in approx. 220+ hours. I am so impressed and surprised. For the first time in ages I don’t have a nearly debilitating nerve headache shooting up both sides of my neck and face. I would highly recommend giving this place/Brian a serious chance. I am thrilled.

I do not like to write negative reviews but I am literally crying at just how terrible my massage was today. I am an esthetician of two decades and I've never not tipped anyone, plus I've never cried after a massage before. There was no heart from her, she had no idea how to do medium pressure let alone any and did not work anything out in my body. She pulsated the entire massage. I wanted to get up half way but I was afraid I would have had to pay in which I still did which is bogus. This was my mother's day and birthday present and it was atrocious.i really needed a massage and still do.

I wanted to commend the great job Ray does at this location. A few weeks back I was under tremendous stress and Ray knew how to target areas in the scalp, neck and back I walked out of my massage feeling like a million bucks. Other sessions if I have areas of soreness / tightness Ray is able to address those areas and get me feeling better at the end of the session. I have had positive experiences with other therapists over the years in the past as well, highly recommend Massage Envy in Allentown off Airport Rd.

As a massage therapist and business owner I have never had such an empty massage. I dislike leaving bad reviews so my intentions are not to be rude. I told my therapist my problem areas and was specific. Told her to use her intuition when it came to the pressure as pressure changes depending on the area and from the feedback from the muscle tissue. But deeper on problem areas. It felt like she didn’t even show up to work that day. She practically grazed over everything and didn’t focus on any of my problems. There was no energy in Her work at all which was strange and something I never experienced. I was concerned that I either said or did something that upset her prior to the massage so I asked her afterwards if I upset her. When she said no I expressed how I felt about the overall experience and she dismissed me and told front desk not to except my tip and to never put me on her schedule again. Which is understandable but as a therapist she should be way more perceptive and less aggressively reactive. Especially having been a therapist for 20+ year’s and the manager. Very strange experience.

Great spa. Relaxing atmosphere, caring, supportive staff. The front desk attendants are always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Josh is by far the best LMT there - however, I'm biased because I have been his client for years. He seems to be very happy at this spa and there is a lot of opportunity for therapists to broaden their skill-set. I also like that there are more options available for pain management (assisted stretching, etc) than other spa franchises. Definitely give them a try if you're looking for a membership somewhere. I've had no complaints. I count on this as a part of my self care routine and appreciate being able to come to such a positive environment for some stress relief. Editing my review because I was able to meet the owners on one of my visits: I was impressed by how knowledgeable and nice they both were! And they clearly understand how important the therapy they offer is! I don’t just to to Massage Envy to relax - I consider this an investment in personal development as well. I can always count on Julia for a fun conversation when I’m leaving and I haven’t met one person at the front desk that wasn’t kind and personable. The importance of understanding how the body stores stress needs to be stated - it is well worth paying attention to because it can really help with self awareness! Once again, thank you for a great service and great company!

Shanequa was absolutely amazing! I had a deep tissue massage and I left there feeling completely relaxed. She found every trouble spot and spent the time necessary in that area to work out all my knots. I've been to a lot of massage therapists and she is hands down one of the best. The young woman at the desk was very nice and assisted me in picking out some aromatherapy oil. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great massage!

I always love my massage experience. I always see sujeiri and she is awesome. She is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and I feel like a new person after each massage. The girls at the front desk are always welcoming, friendly, and kind. 😊❤️

I am from the Chicago area and made the 11 hour drive 2 days ago. I usually have neck and shoulder stiffness and sciatica issues too, which was even worse after the drive. I decided to make an appointment here as I am a regular member in Illinois. I had a 90 minute session today with Ray and feel so much better. Ray was a great listener and took care of all my trouble areas. I will definitely make sure I come back the next time I visit.

always have such a great experience when I am there the receptionist named alyssa is always so polite and welcoming! I always see Sujeiri when I go and she is wonderful! Very relaxing setting and I always feel refreshed when I leave! Thank you all for being so great!

I’ve been getting massages through another chain, but they have been really busy and no availability last minute. I decided to try massage envy. 90 minutes later, after an incredible massage, one of the best I’ve had, I am now a member and will be cancelling my membership at the “other” chain. Their online site and app are intuitive and easy to use. Even as a first time client, I was able to book my first massage online. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by a cheery and positive front desk host. After I filled out some quick forms, I was given a tour of the location. The rooms are clean and a decent size. My favorite part is the tranquility lounge where you can wait for your appointment or relax after your massage. It is closed off from the lobby so it truly is relaxing and you don’t have to worry about the people coming and going. I look forward to being a long, loyal member!
