I usually seek out Red Roof Inns. They typically are a good quality stay at below average prices. Not this one! Located on a side road, I passed by the entrance once before seeing a sign that says you missed the road. Turn around - try again, found it! Start off with that one should be very leary of a hotel where the front desk is behind bullet proof glass. The lobby was hot and smelly. The room was smelly and seriously dated. The whole place was 'creeepy'. And they charged $100 for what should have been at best, a $60 room. This is one location that should not be part of the Red Roof brand. Hotels should not be like a box of chocolate.

Do not under any circumstance book with this hotel. This place is disgusting and they have a no refund policy for a reason. Once you see how bad it is and try to cancel, they claim the no refunds and take your money anyway, even if you dont complete the check-in process at the front desk. Don't make the mistake I did. They will attempt to charge you a $100 fee on top of your room rate as well. They claim its for "incidentals" which is wide open to their interpretation. Choose wisely, there are plenty of other and definitely more desirable places in the area to stay.

I stay at Red Roof Inns when I travel and this has been my only bad experience. The clerk was rude and looking over my ID and credit card. Then he was giving me problems with the puppy I had even though it is well below the weight restriction. Then he refuses to accept my credit card. Give him my debit card and again waisted several minutes before saying he would not take it. All for just a couple of hour stay. Lobby was dirty and parking lot is poorly lit and even finding the entrance is misleading.

Rooms smells like stale smoke. Girl at the front desk was more interested in her phone than checking us in. However the beds were really comfortable.

Great value. Rooms have been renovated; shower is hot and pressure is excellent; nice big screen tv; friendly receptionist (we left something in our room and she came running to the parking lot with the item) and the price was excellent despite the fact that it was very busy in Allentown that weekend (dog show). The only improvement required is the coffee in the lobby. We will be back to this Red Roof Inn next year.

The room was nicer than the Holiday Inn we stayed at in Saratoga Springs, which cost us 2.5 times more! I recommend this place for weary travelers. We don't need pools or gyms, just a nice clean room, comfy bed and coffee at a great price.

I can say from someone who suffers bad allergies this place was 5-stars for me and my family. All tiled floors, super comfortable beds, and rooms were spotless. A slight bleach scent let us know the place was legit clean. We got in a 2AM and their staff had us in a room in minutes. Minor snafu on my driver's license but they came good for it a day dropped it in the mail for me. Little tricky to get from I78 to their spot but with Google Maps it was a breeze. Not a Hampton Inn or high end resort but comfortable clean and safe! Book with confidence.

Worst night in any hotel/motel ever. First I had to wait forever for the front desk clerk to come to the window. He was yelling at someone in the back room. Then he was super rude. I didn't feel safe leaving my stuff in my car but was too tired to lug it upstairs. No elevator and the stairs suck. The floors were badly done and uncomfortable to walk on. There was a couple arguing until 1 am, screaming at each other in the hallway. Then every fifteen minutes the person across the hall would leave their room and slam the door, then come back and slam the door again. Repeated until 4 am. Then at 6 am I woke up to two dudes pounding on the door across the hall and yelling for someone to come out. Cars were pulling through steadily during the night. My dog wouldn't sleep and kept growling because of all the commotion. She hardly ever growls at anything. I felt so unsafe that I made my boyfriend wake up and leave at 6 am. It's right next to the highway and it was very loud but compared to what was going on inside the building it really didn't matter. I'll never stay here again and it was too expensive for such a run down place.

My recent stay at Red Roof Inn was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of travel. While the customer service was decent, the staff was friendly and responsive, making me feel welcomed. What truly impressed me was the exceptional value for the price. Red Roof Inn offers top-notch accommodations at a fraction of the cost compared to other hotels. If you're looking for a great stay without breaking the bank, Red Roof Inn is an excellent choice.

Quiet hotel, great prices. We’ve stayed here twice in our travels and have had great experiences both times. There is a $100 incidental hold but we’ve never had an issue getting it refunded and, for the great price, it is worth it. Thanks, guys for a great stay. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you, so much.

Red Roof type accommodations. Comfortable, clean, pervasive smell of curry. I prefer outside rooms instead of hallways but this place is adequate.

This was a very convenient hotel to sleep for a few hours, easy access to the highway, and the rooms were clean.

WARNING! They charge a $100 deposit, even for a Red Roof member! Front desk GAL was nice. Its not her fault. Room was nice amd clean. Only reason I gave it two stars. When your job requires a motel every night, deposits can really add up and are a major pain. Its a shame because I would stay here again if it wasnt for the deposit.

I called to book a room here and the guy said $63 blah blah then the call got disconnected, so I tried calling back to confirm the price and the other guy didn't let me book a room so had to rest at a rest area. Don't recommend this place at all. Maybe it was a good thing I didn't waste any money at all.

The stay was nice and the staff were all kind and helpful, but be ready for the most Firm mattress you've ever slept on. The mattresses are my only real complaint about it cuz I would wake up every morning with a stiff back and getting on and off the bed both hurt and hard due to how high off the floor it is.

Room was clean and comfortable. It appears to have been recently updated. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Really no complaints at all. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. Price was right. I'd definitely stay here again.
