I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. There was half a sausage and one egg. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or just laziness. But it’s not right and not the first time I had issues with this dunkin.

We arrived on Sunday at 5:50 pm to place order via Drive Thru. The teenagers inside were busy counting money, closing the place and didn't take our order. We were told that they are already closed, however, the window poster and Google ad say that on Sunday they are open until 6 pm. Thank you for wasting our time, please update business hours that you are open until 5:30 pm

My husband and I went in and our coffees weren't too great. Caramel craze with Oat milk was completely white no coffee and the other contained regular sugar and it was supposed to have liquid. However we drove back and it was fixed but the reason it was wrong at first is because they did the order too fast. It was a mobile order and we waited and as I watched them make it when I received the item I knew it was wrong. We also asked for it to be stirred and the employee told us it was but as you can see in the picture the mixing wasn't done correct.

It’s a small Dunkin located at a gas station sharing space with a convenience store. I love that is walking distance from my place. I love the caramel iced coffees for boosting my work energy. For quick breakfast I like the avocado toast with bacon (I really like their bread) and egg and cheese wrap. The staff were helpful and they have a drive through there. A convenient place for some coffee and quick snacks.

I walked in and waited for help, but nobody was at the counter for 10 minutes, so it was time to leave. This dunkin has been closed for months and just recently opened back up. They should have stayed closed.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I always order ahead and still have to wait at least 15 min after the pickup time I select. ALWAYS, no matter what day of the week. They are slow and terrible.

I don't understand how this location can't seem to attract or pay for decent talent. It's slow, out of half the menu items most times, and the service is abysmal
