Macy’s has time and time again disappointed me. The extremely rude customer service and contradictory return policies have caused me to say goodbye once and for all!

I was at the store the other day and they started putting their Christmas decorations and fixtures up, which is always so great to see. Macy's definitely knows how to decorate for the holidays. It really puts you in a festive mood to see how beautiful the store looks around the holidays. The store was very neat and their merchandise was neatly folded and had a good variety of styles and sizes. This Macy's has a very nice women's shoe department and my associate was very helpful in finding me the size I was looking for.

Store is very sloppy. Was on my way out and decided to use the restroom before I left. Omg. Horrible! Dust everywhere. What is going on? This is unacceptable. The door was disgusting!!!!! Come on Macy’s. You have a name to keep up with!!!!!

Large Variety of Products. Fair Prices. Not much help around. Looks like they have done some updates to the store Flooring,Displays and Lighting. More open in store. Customer can see much better. Looks like the didn't do all the ceiling tiles. There are different tiles and some are still broken Great to see a refresh to the decor in this store.

When we go to Macy's, it's a family event. As soon as we are through the door, each generating heads to the area that most interesting to them. We love coming here... always something new to consider and the every size we need is typically available.

I went to buy an outfit and was told it would be 30% off if I picked it up on Thursday. I paid sale price of $120, she put the receipt in the bag, said they would hold it and gave me her sales associate card. When I came to pick it up, she said she didn't remember me, they had lost my order, had none of my information and couldn't refund me. I was instructed to call my bank and do a charge back, which my bank also refused to do due to lack of info!

There's plenty of stuff for sure. Clothing, appliances, beds, toys, and on and on. However, the store is greatly under staff. It is relatively expensive if there are no promotions. It is too tight with products in some sections, so not a good option as a walking experience.

Prices were ridiculous especially for the quality of the items. I was very sad to see how far downhill Macy has gone. Used to be able to get good sales this time of year. That was not the case. I didn't get anything. I couldn't even find the one thing I was looking for a nice 9x 13 baking dish. They only had a couple and they were not a good quality especially for the price.

Macy's in the Lehigh Valley Mall is always neat and clean. They currently have a lot of deals going on that are sure to satisfy even the budget shoppers like me who wouldn't usually think of Macy's as affordable. My son and husband love that Toys r Us toys are at Macy's. There are a lot of options for everyone. Overall, it is a very nice store.

I generally like Macy's stores. This one is good too. As usually the store has it's own entrance, and parking area, also exit/entrance to the mall. I saw bad reviews regarding bathroom and rude customer service. I didn't use bathroom, and the customer service in shoes and perfume sections were good. Good choices and prices in sport shoes section. I will come back Lehigh Valley Mall, Pennsylvania

My husband and I were at Macy's yesterday. We are a biracial couple and were racially profiled whilst using paying for items. Besides that the store was a MESS the employee in the shoe dept so someone from another dept was doing his job and covering for shoes, waited 45 minutes to get a shoe I wanted to try on. Absolutely RATCHET. Macy's has lost its charm with me.

Nice Macy*s. The staff in the men's department was very helpful. Keep in mind that Macy*s closes at 9 PM and the mall closes at 8 PM so if you're not parked by Macy*s you have a long walk outside and around the mall.

Thank you so much to Abby in home goods who helped us pick out our bedroom comforter. She was so patient and answered all of our questions. She completely deserves recognition for outstanding customer service! Thank you Abby! She deserved 10 stars! I would go here again for all of my home products just because of how caring Abby was! I hope management gives her a raise : )

The girl at the customer service desk on the first floor today 3/3/23 around 12:45p(Analise or something similar)was rude and disrespectful. I had 2 returns from different transactions One was paid via Apple Pay and their system didn’t cooperate. She had to do overwrite. She became mad and unfriendly towards the end of the transaction and almost threw the receipts on the counter! No “sorry for the inconvenience “ or “have a nice day “! Nothing! Why does the customer have to feel uncomfortable about returning or system being not updated?!?

If you are looking for furniture, you will find excellent quality and phenomenal customer service at Macy's! Our sales associate, Gayle, was fantastic! She was so helpful, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable! We had been to several furniture stores in Whitehall, but the prices were high and the quality was not there. Macy's delivered! They are having a 4th of July sale now!! Check it out, and ask for Gayle!❤

Nice mall with a well maintained Macys store. They need to stock up, it doesn’t feel good as a customer to see empty spaces all around! I know it’s difficult to get those old days back, but what’s the point of seeing empty shelves! Good customer service, and I saw ToysRus coming back at Macys! That’s exciting!

I really don't like the Lehigh valley Mall I just feel like it's a bit too much because I don't like a big crowd so I barely go there.. when I do go to the mall I always make sure to stop by Macy's the young lady that took care of me today was so polite and helpful at the Polo Ralph Lauren section two beautiful women that help me with my son's Thanksgiving outfit... If it weren't for them I would be so lost she was so polite hitting every storage room she could just to find my son's sweatpants... While the other lady helped me find some bargain deals for my son as well I loved it best experience I've ever had and best conversations... If you don't like a big crowd I wouldn't suggest to go to Lehigh valley Mall but if you do make sure you go to Macy's they have the best workers there so sweet and polite unlike boscov's where you literally have to search for help and at times even the workers don't know what floor items are on..

Went shopping for a suit to attend a wedding but had lost a lot of weight and was unsure of my sizes. James and my lady to the rescue at Macy's in the Lehigh Valley Mall on Wednesday. James was patient and attentive above and beyond to this senior couple, so we rate him and our purchases a TEN.

Juana is such a wonderful lady, she is so helpful she always takes her time to help me, and my sister Juhena deserves more than 5x may God bless you and your family. Anyone who wants to shop in Lehigh valley mall asks for this wonderful Lady with an amazing heart ❤️.

One of the most amazing dinners I have been to. My kids enjoyed the waffles🧇 .the gyro was something to write home about. The portions are very generous FyI.

The absolute worst curbside pick up experience!! First I arrive and the curbside spots are taken. People park and go inside to shop. Then I checked in online and waited 45 mins. I called and I’m placed on hold then they hang up. Now I’m parked on the side of the road for 45 mins burning gas and waiting for my curbside pick up order because the curbside parking spots are occupied and the associates keep hanging up the phone. This is the absolute worst!!! Never again!!!

A good variety of items but way overpriced. Being bombarded by sales people with cologne, perfume and makeup is kinda annoying but it's their job. Employees are mostly friendly except for the lady up in bedding, she was a bad word.

Satisfied with my purchases. So much stuff in backstage that you're crammed to look and can spend an hour in a small section. Employees were easy to work with. I found a damaged product and turned it in to a lady who also helped me find the price of a dress.

Macy's in PA, Leigh high valley mall was a good experience. The store was clean and the men's bathroom was also top notch clean. This was in the late afternoon, when I arrived. I was looking at jewelry and Maria as well as the associate Matthew were extremely nice. They showed me several choices in jewelry as well as the watches. I will be back and make another purchase.

2022 Taking 3 stars, the coupons are good for nothing! Writing on the back is so small you can't read it.😐 Clean store,well stocked with latest fashions. Plexiglass by registers. Helpful friendly staff. 2 level shopping. New Furniture dept. Elevator available. Handicap parking and entrances.
