If you shop here you support overworked staff and lazy managers. When first starting here everything was on point to great management, clean sales floor, and happy employees. Having to leave did hurt a little since I enjoyed working with the people. However there comes a point in time when staff has had enough. Do not work here you will be overworked most likely reprimand in front of guests and other team members for not completing unreasonable set tasks while the managers sit and drink Starbucks when you call for assistance they will either be no assistance or another lecture for bothering them. This is your warning if you care for your mental health DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

This store struggles. It’s often a mess in various departments, specifically the clothes, and it’s been that way for a few years now. It’s certainly not down at Walmart level disaster, but it’s approaches it at times. Corporate needs to focus on this store. The recent ‘remodel’ does NOT help. First, who made these design decisions?? Removing the tile for polished bare concrete is not an upgrade, at least not in a store that is a mess. It makes the store look cheap. It was better before. Also a bump-out jutting into the home department that closed off a portion of a main isle?? What were you thinking?? That’s a major FAIL. Fix it. And if that isn’t clear enough for you: RESTORE IT. To J Bean, obviously you are unaware of the unfortunate circumstances that happened yesterday. THEY HAD A FIRE. I was there. They evacuated the store. Your complaint is 💯 unwarranted due to this. (See picture) Everyone else reading this, Please completely disregard this person’s review. While I have my own thoughts on how employees could have handled the situation better, I am NOT going to complain about how I was next in line to pickup and did not get to receive my items. THAT’S PERFECTLY FINE! *No stars deducted at this time for this isolated incident. My rating is primarily based on normal everyday store performance; which would be 3.5 if 1/2 stars were an option.

Terrible customer service. Rude teenagers. They need a real manager. They made a mistake and stocked the shelves with lego trains that they said they can't sell for another week. Try telling that to my 4 year old son. I will try to avoid shopping at target after this experience.

Great store, nice selection of fresh vegetables. Awesome Christmas decorations. Very clean and courteous staff.

If i could only give negative stars… This place has no employee to assist at self checkout unless you want to wait 10 minutes. I have been shopping at Target stores across the USA since 1998, and this facility and Cedar Crest Blvd are horrible at hiring employees who have the customer listed on their priorities. Not going back

You know this Quakertown location is really, really nice. It beats the stores located in Allentown (Airport Rd and Cedar Crest). It feels more inviting, and it seems to have more products. The way it is set up is great. This will be my "go to" Target going forward.

My shopping experience at the Target on Airport Road was wonderful. I was shopping with my son for college supplies and this very nice woman named Melissa by the towels was very helpful. She looked busy working and stopped and asked if there was anything she could help me find. It's typically very hard to find any sales associates to help so I really appreciated all her help!

Semi white haired, bearded staff doesn't use soap when washing his hands 🥴 I get that that's somewhat common for guys when they're only urinating, but can we at least pretend when there's a customer in the bathroom at the same time? Even if you're STD free, no one wants a strangers weiner essence being spread onto things they'll touch.

I had an amazing experience at target tonight. My cashier was so sweet and so kind and connected with me about college and my future plans. Again she is one of the sweetest employees I’ve ever met. I wish I got her name but this target has an awesome employee.

10242021 came in this morning looking for dark brown shoe polish and some other stuff. The guy who greeted me, while he was cleaning off the cart handles for Covid, was very helpful. Talk about multitasking. Keep up the good work. Great store, great prices, great staff, great experience!

This target in-particular is just Walmart in disguise. Have yet to see a day where the clothing and shoe isles arent a complete disaster. Associates never present in the tech dept so if you want to buy something locked be prepared to wait a while or search for someone across the store to help. There is also a starbucks inside, if overpriced mediocre coffee is your thing.

This Target is extremely disorganized. It is the worst one in the valley. If you are buying something that is on a shelf be sure to read exactly what it is on the package because most likely it’s in the wrong place. The remodel was just a waste of money because the store is just a cluster F. The parking lot is just as bad as the inside. I’d avoid this target at all costs and just go to the one in Allentown. The employees here are very nice so that’s a plus.

Stopped here to grab outfits for my girls to see Santa tonight. We’re in Allentown for my daughter to be seen by Dr Kuchinski (who is also 5 Stars!). I’ve never gone shopping and picked up every item and they all be on sale that happened today. Plus the lady (Target associate - can’t remember her name. I know she’s a grandma she mentioned to grandson.) at the register was absolutely amazing. I’m not good using the app. She pulled it up for me. Clicked on all these coupons. Helped save me an extra $13.42. Such a blessing. Also, thank you for the special cart for my daughter. She loved it. She wears braces and getting in and especially out of the regular carts is SO difficult.

I went to this target to buy a game, app said they had 2 in stock. I asked if they price matched and the employee said yes. After I showed him the sale on my phone he said "oh that's a big discount, Idk if we can do that" then called a manager over. I showed her the ad on my phone and she confirmed it on her end. When they went to get the game for me they said "we dont have any in stock". This was a lie bc I saw one right on the shelf. The whole time they both seemed like they were trying to find a reason not to honor the sale. They told me another store had one in stock to pass the buck. I called corp to make them aware of this experience. I requested they have the store manager call me and I was told "we really don't do that" so I guess I'm just out of luck. *some advice, make sure they physically have an item in stock before asking to price match, this way, they can't use the same lie they used on me.

18 people called out a few days ago when I went shopping at Target. For one there were two people ringing people up, not to mention the two lines literally merged into one another because there were 10+ people in each line and no one to help. To top it off, their selection was completely depleted sizes only up to a medium. Clothes were all over, mixed up and I couldn’t find anything. Target is my favorite store!!! I never leave reviews like this but I’ve never seen or been so disappointed with target 🎯

Some staff are nice but the staff at guest services can be rude sometimes. Had a bad experience when I tried to return an item for a refund and I had everything needed and my item clearly showed it was never opened but they insisted that my item was tampered with. After all that fuss I still wouldn't complain about the other departments. Just make sure you get correct stuff so you don't have to deal with their customer service department.

Racism at its finest in this target!! Was called a racist name by a supposed manager and have a video! Target offered me 20% off!! Your gonna hear from my lawyer and I’m gonna make the manager famous!!

Customer friendly prices and convenient shopping experience. The store is currently going through some remodeling/reorganizing but we were still able to find everything that we went in for.

My nephew loves this Target, so I come here for him. I prefer Walmart, because I'm cheap. I do find a few good deals here. Ample parking, easy access, close to my work, neat & clean. Very long lines, but move fast. Lots of check outs & always well manned. Overall nice place.

I don't usually write many reviews because sadly there seems to be a lack of true customer service in retail the past few years. However, I wanted to personally say that during 1 of my store visits I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received by 1 of your team members. She went above and beyond to help me find something I've been searching for at multiple target locations in the LV. Her name was Makenna and she was stocking in the home goods area of the store. Her helpfulness and pleasant attitude gave me a renewed sense of customer service in the retail industry. I don't even know if these are even read by anyone, but if they are, please give a big thank you to Makenna for making your store stand out above the rest !

I can always find what I need plus things I don't find in other stores. Their Clothing has a great variety and decent prices. They have so many departments with such an array of items it's a great one stop shopping experience

I enjoy shopping here because the store is clean and the staff is friendly. I noticed a larger crowd of shoppers, probably because of last minute turkey day shopping. There were plenty of cashiers and no wait at the checkout lines.

customer service rep went above and beyond to help us. Ordered a vacuum cleaner on line showing at a different location. Originally the other store said it was in stock. After awhile received an email. Sorry not in stock. Went to the Cedar Crest location and greeted by the gentleman at the service desk. I explained what had happened. He went into action after that. Said the store shows 1 in the warehouse. He said he would go look. After about 15 minutes he returned with the vacuum. Helped me cancel the original order and rang up the purchase.

The blonde haired manager who was working the morning shift on 12/26/21 needs a reality check. Not only were you rude to myself at check out, you were also rude to several employees you have on staff. Customers notice when employees aren’t being treated properly. The cashier was asking for help and instead of actually helping and explaining what she was doing wrong, you made it seem like it was all her fault.

Target is the best. Not only can you find everything you need and more, but you also don't have to deal with the neighborhood crackheads like you do at Walmart. Sure, there prices might be a few cents higher than some of their competitors, but it's totally worth it and well deserved.

I worked at target for about 9 days! It was by far the worst experience of my life! The leadership is awful !!! I did get fried for wearing a dress hat because it was not dress code but the problem was multiple people were wearing beanies and bandana and hoodies over their heads while working in open store! Thus to me was a little confusing! On top of that I have not received my pay !!! Which really shows the kinda business or location this is!!!

Great store with a great friendly staff. Love this location always neat and clean. Great prices too.
