    I wish I could make these five stars jump off the screen, singing and dancing with all the feels! Six weeks ago, I walked in the door of Liven Up Fitness for the first time. Minus some family bike rides and low-key strolls, I had not exercised, on purpose at least, in over twenty years. A recent birthday marked the start of middle age for me, and I knew that my poor nutrition habits and lack of fitness would soon catch up. So, I hit Google and checked out every gym en route from work to home. I was beginning to feel like I was looking for a place that did not exist, and when I stumbled upon Liven Up, it seemed too good to be true. However, every single review I read described precisely what I needed. So, here I am, paying it forward :-) From the moment I scheduled my intro, Liven Up was different. I received texts from what I thought was a chatbot named Emily, confirming my appointment, etc. As it turns out, Emily is not a chatbot—she is a real, live human being (haha!), and she was waiting inside the front door, welcoming me by name as I anxiously took the first step far (way far!) outside of my comfort zone. For the first few weeks, every time I walked in the door, I was nervous. Would I remember the warm-up? Would I embarrass myself? Would the modifications I need be a burden to the trainers? Would all members be as welcoming and supportive as everyone I had already met? Before I knew it, I was no longer nervous. Instead, I am excited! Who am I, and what happened to the person who never once found joy in fitness programs and who found solace in a bag of Doritos instead of a personal training facility? Reflecting on the last six weeks, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I am so grateful for Jazmin, who is almost always the first person I see when I walk through the door—her authentic, positive energy helps me transition from whatever my day was (which may or may not have been great) to what Liven Up always is for me: awesome! Jazmin is there for everyone, celebrating our hard work as we gather for her amazing recovery shakes. Every training session challenges me beyond what I think I am capable of, physically and mentally. I quickly learned that Emily, Annemarie, and Blake are not just expert trainers—they genuinely care, really and truly! Each member is on a unique journey, yet Emily, Annemarie, Blake, (and Jorge!) know all of us, not just by name—they know where each of us is on our fitness journey and seamlessly work in modifications to meet us where we are. They will swoop in when you need help before you even ask and coach you in a way that leaves you feeling empowered (not embarrassed, as I feared). At Liven Up, I found muscles I never knew I had, and as a result, I can move in ways I have not even attempted in over two decades. I feel stronger, have more energy, and for the first time in my life, I can honestly say that I look forward to going to the gym! Thanks to Annemarie’s nutrition coaching, I have also discovered a new appreciation and respect for my body and what I put in it! Before meeting Annemarie, I had spent a lifetime on “diets.” There were many times I reached whatever weight goal I set for myself. However, I never viewed food as nutrients—it was always good foods versus bad foods, calorie counts, etc. From our very first nutrition session, Annemarie reached me in a way that no “diet” ever had before, and six weeks later, I am carrying around 15.6 fewer pounds, and my BMI is down by 2.6 points! The best part is that I know the changes I see on the scale (and in the mirror!) are being achieved the healthy way. Last and certainly not least is the culture at Liven Up. The members are so supportive and considerate of one another—they are down to earth, welcoming to every new face, and an inspiration to everyone around them. Simply put: the Liven Up community has changed my life in more ways than the character limit on this review will allow me to express!

    I’ve been here since 2018 and I’m 61. I honestly can say this is the best gym I’ve ever joined. Everyone feels like family and the trainers and staff are the best! I’m in the best shape of my life at 61 because of them!

    I was looking at two gyms and liven up was the second I looked at. I made a good choice with Liven up because I get real help from the personal trainers, helping me get the most out of the time I get with them. They make it worthwhile and enjoyable!

    Words can't express how AMAZING the trainers are at Liven up. As my first experience in a gym I was a bit nervous that I would feel out of place or not in the gym element. The trainers and everyone who works out here makes you feel like part of the family. They are always encouraging and cheering you on! I'm so glad I finally took the time to put my needs first for once and the way they have been so welcoming has made this the best decision. Come join us!! You won't regret it. Sincerely Autumn

    From someone who has never stepped foot in a gym, you can imagine it can be intimidating to walk through those doors. The trainers at Liven Up Fitness couldn't be more welcoming and are with you through every step of the way. They are all very patient, kind and understanding. I couldn't ask for a better experience! I would recommend this facility and team to anyone!! I am very happy with my decision and you will be too!

    Easily the best gym I have ever belonged to. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging and kind. Environment is very welcoming. In addition to great workouts Liven Up does additional events for members and their friends and families and supports good causes.

    Exactly what I have been looking for! Everyone is welcoming and professional. This place knows you as an individual and treats you like family, not just another membership like other gyms. The trainers are great, they get to know you and focus on you and your individual needs and goals while giving just the right motivation to get you to meet them! If you are looking for personal training this is the place to be!

    Highly recommend. I’ve just started but I feel like I’ve made so much progress within a couple of weeks and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with Liven Up Fitness! I’m confident we’ll smash my goals in no time! Also, both staff and members are friendly and helpful. 10/10 health/fitness experience. So come on out and “Stop Exercising, Start Training” with us!

    I joined Liven up sometime last year and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I actually like this facility, the trainers have your best interest at heart. They make sure you are doing the movements correctly and celebrate you when you do well. I actually lifted 40lbs today and Emily noticed and praised me for my accomplishments. The biggest thing for me is I work at my own pace irregardless of what everyone else is doing. I’m glad I joined. Give it a try!!!!

    Liven Up Fitness is more than a gym, feels like family! Joined 7 years ago and love it! The coaches customize workouts to each individual needs. During Covid they adapted to the situation and started providing zoom classes to members to continue fitness and have kept providing the zoom classes. This has worked out great for me. I moved farther from the gym and I still continue to do my workouts through zoom even during vacation! Everyday is a different workout! Liven Up has become part of my daily routine for better life style!

    I love this gym! I have joined over many years different gyms and never enjoyed them. I always failed. It’s been a year and half and I go faithfully. Never has anyone been there to show me how to properly work out the correct way to help me achieve what I need done. All the trainers are on the floor working with you and pushing me to do my best. This is a very special gym, everyone that works there actually cares for my success. Semi personal training is exactly what I needed. I cannot express how much I love this gym!❤️

    Five years ago, after a heart attack, I knew I needed to do something to get back into better health. I found Liven Up Fitness and with their help, I've turned my life around. Their programs were tailored to my needs and every coach was in tune to what I needed. The workouts are never monotonous and always well thought out. The coaches are true professionals. They understand fitness from a workout perspective and a nutritional perspective. I've lost 40 lbs, recently ran a 5K and at 66 I feel great! The other club members are great people, fun to workout with and are really supportive. If you are looking for a fitness family, I truly recommend looking into Liven Up Fitness. The value they offer is life changing!

    I’m Silvia. I just started and I know how scary it is to take the initial step. You’re worried about being judged, not knowing what to do, being laughed at or looked at. The atmosphere of this place is so welcoming and it’s filled with diverse people on different levels. I’m really enjoying it so far.     I just started at Liven Up Fitness and I really like how I feel like I get personal training even in a group. The groups are always small and the trainers are always good about working with me one on one and changing up parts of the routine for my fitness level and health issues. Everyone is very friendly and I really feel like I belong and fit in from day one. I'm almost 50 and have just recently committed to myself to do regular exercise and gyms are always intimating being older and kinda a 'newbie'. But my doctor recommended strength and resistance training and this fits the bill for me. Can't wait to get stronger and continue to improve.

    I simply love Liven Up! I have been coming here for many years. The coaches are fantastic, so positive and encouraging, the gym itself is beautiful and the Shake Bar is so inviting! I cannot say enough good words about it; it is just a great and wonderful environment to be in! Highly recommended.

    I moved to the area 6 months ago and joined Liven Up to meet people and to work on myself. Joining Liven Up was the best decision I have made. I can tell since I’ve joined almost 4 months ago how much stronger I’ve become, home much my confidence has grown, and the relationships I’ve made with the trainers and other members is incredible! The trainers make you feel so important, encourage you to push your limits and help you reach goals day in and day out. From the time I walked in the door I could tell they cared about every person who showed up. They have inspired me and encouraged me on my journey to be the best version of myself and I’m forever grateful!

The team trainings are the best I've ever experienced. The owners, Whitney and Chris, have a genuine interest in other's health and truly care. I am grateful to have the opportunity to strengthen my body and exercise my mind. Sessions are challenging yet easy to follow. The team environment is supportive, kind, and inspiring.     I’ve been a member of Liven Up Fitness for going on my 9th year. To me, it’s more than a gym, it’s a community. The owners and people they have join their team genuinely care about the well-being of every member and take the time to specialize the time you spend in the facility and outside the facility to make sure that you are doing everything you can to maximize your health and wellness. The trainers are always available to help when needed, whether you’re working out with the class or on your own and they will help you to plan the workout according to you level and needs. Not to mention, they’re continually learning new things and passing it along and improving in order to make it a better environment :)
